I had an amazing experience with my friends during a wine tasting session, guided by Teko, a knowledgeable sommelier specializing in Georgian wine, tasting notes, and winemaking. We had just returned from Kakheti, where we enjoyed the wines but had difficulty finding winemakers who could elaborate on the specific notes and characteristics. Most could explain the unique preparation methods but lacked depth on the tasting notes. If you're planning to visit any wine regions in Georgia, I strongly suggest booking a tasting before your trip to better understand the wines you'll encounter. The shop also offers a fantastic selection of wines for purchase at very reasonable prices, especially considering the tasting experience.

An amazing spot for wine tasting and definitely one of the best experiences during my trip to Georgia. If you're planning to explore the wine regions, I highly suggest starting with a tasting here to understand the country's wine culture and the varieties you'll enjoy while visiting.

Thanks to Teko for being such a wonderful host!

Our time at this wine bar was so enjoyable that we returned for two consecutive days! The tasting experience was outstanding, and during our second visit, we asked for the same sommelier, Teko (if that’s the correct spelling!). She was fantastic and shared a wealth of knowledge about Georgian wine, which was exactly what we wanted to explore during our trip. We left with a much greater appreciation for Georgian winemaking and a few bottles to take home. If you're interested in learning about Georgian wine and tasting something unique, this is the perfect spot!

Also, we found it easiest to reach out via Instagram for reservations, as the booking form on their website didn’t work for us.

Wine equivalent of McDonald's. Awful service. I ordered a bottle of water and waited 35 minutes despite the place being 60% full.

This spot is great for enjoying wine by the glass or bottle, and their sharing boards are delicious. It fills up fast, but we managed to find a spot outside with heating. We ended up buying a few Georgian wines and paid around 350 GEL for five bottles, including bubble wrap for safe travel. The staff knows a lot about wine and speaks good English, so communication was smooth. However, the political message on the menu was off-putting and took away from the welcoming atmosphere. It felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially for Russian-speaking visitors.

The atmosphere is pleasant, but you'll need to book a table if you want to sit indoors. They offer an excellent variety of wines 🍷.
