Finding myself in a bank in Georgia, which belongs to the Kazakh banking system, I, being a citizen of Kazakhstan, decided to exchange tenge. However, as in all branches of the People's Bank (including Kazakhstan), it faced chaos. The official website provided information about the possibility of exchanging currencies, including tenge. However, in practice it turned out that they refused to accept tenge without explanation. I had to look for another bank, but that’s another story. To be honest, the People's Bank left a negative impression everywhere, representing a relic of the past. On the contrary, Kaspi Bank, and especially its application, turned out to be very useful.
