I made a reservation for this hotel in May. The location is decent, but the room cleanliness needs improvement, especially the floors. After the cleaning, I couldn't find some of my belongings. When I reported it to the office, they said the room service was unavailable because it was late and I would have to come back in the morning. I returned the next morning, but the room service still hadn't arrived. I provided my contact number in case they found my items, but I haven't received any updates or even an apology. This feels like theft. Be cautious when booking this hotel.

Всё понравилось. В номере есть все необходимые удобства, очень рекомендую. Уборка проходит каждый день. В номере есть телевизор, фен, утюг и гладильная доска, стиральная машина и сушилка для вещей, а также просто сушилка для белья. Заказали завтраки в отеле и не пожалели. Готовят отлично и вкусно, шведский стол по утрам. Рекомендую.

To nie był pokój hotelowy, a w pełni wyposażone mieszkanie! Czysto, cicho i blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji Batumi. Obsługa była bardzo w porządku i dobrze mówiła po angielsku. Miałem wykupione tylko śniadania, z którymi dotarłem tylko raz - było sporo opcji i smacznie można było zjeść (oczywiście to nie było ultra all inclusive 24h jak w Turcji). Zdecydowanie polecam i gdyby to była globalna sieć hoteli, z chęcią skorzystałbym z niej w przyszłości!

The best hotel I've ever stayed at! Nini was incredibly helpful, cheerful, and always ready to assist. The apartment was spacious and spotless, with a fantastic sea view and a large balcony. I highly recommend this place!

Очень уютное место для проживания. Я провел три прекрасные ночи. Очень рекомендую. Завтрак был просто восхитительным.

Отель замечательный и спокойный, останавливались на три ночи. Взяли две комнаты, обе с небольшой кухней, гостиной, ванной комнатой и стиральной машиной. Первая — делюкс с балконом и видом на море, вторая — квин тоже с видом на море и с биде. Персонал на ресепшн очень доброжелательный. Завтрак в ресторане пробовали, обычный, выбор не очень большой. Вид из окон просто великолепный. Рядом есть ресторан «Истанбул» и другие халяльные заведения.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room offers all the conveniences of an apartment, such as an iron, hair dryer, ironing board, clothesline, oven, gas stove, washing machine, and dishwasher. The room is spacious, featuring a bedroom, living room, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. The toilet is equipped with water pipes for use. The cleanliness of the room is impressive. Breakfast at the hotel is very good, and the staff are exceptionally polite and always smiling, especially at the reception. The only drawback is the noise from the street that can be heard in the room.

This place offers apartment-style accommodations instead of a traditional hotel setup. It's ideal for families, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a spacious bedroom.
