استقبال الموظفين كان متعاون جدًا وودود. أقمت في غرفة تطل على البحر مع تراس جميل وبسعر معقول. لا يوجد مصعد، لذا قد لا يكون مناسبًا لكبار السن. شكرًا لجورج وجميع أعضاء الفريق.

Great location and very friendly staff. The rooms are clean, and the service is excellent.

فندق جميل وقريب من كل شيء، يمكن الوصول إليه سيرًا على الأقدام (مثل البوليفارد وساحة أوروبا ومطعم إسطنبول). الموظفون متعاونون جدًا، ورغم عدم وجود مصعد، قاموا بحمل الحقائب إلى الغرف. العيب الوحيد هو أن الغرف ضيقة قليلاً وبدون مصعد. قضيت يومين في غرفتين مختلفتين، وكلتاهما كانت تطل على منطقة غير جميلة وكأنها شعبية. عندما طلبت تغيير الغرفة، قالوا لي أن أدفع 200. 🫠

Outstanding Hospitality Exceeded My Expectations — Thank You Data Gorgiladze!

My trip to Batumi was unexpectedly canceled, yet my experience with this boutique hotel deserves high praise. I had booked through Booking.com with a non-cancellation policy, which typically meant I would have to pay the full amount. However, I reached out to both Booking.com and the hotel to explain my situation. The representative from Booking.com was helpful and requested the hotel to waive the charges.

I also contacted the hotel directly to share my circumstances. Data Gorgiladze and the staff demonstrated incredible understanding and kindly canceled the fees, showcasing their exceptional hospitality. Communication via WhatsApp was always prompt, friendly, and professional, which made a stressful situation much easier. I also appreciated Data’s assurance regarding parking arrangements, regardless of availability.

Although I didn’t stay this time, this boutique hotel is definitely my top choice for my next visit to Batumi. When a hotel treats you so well even before your arrival, the actual experience must be amazing. Thank you, Data, and the entire team, for your kindness and professionalism!

Good hotel for the price.

Ailemle harika bir deneyim yaşadık ve çok mutlu ayrıldık. Odalar çok temizdi ve güzel bir kokusu vardı. Kahvaltısı ise muhteşemdi, çok lezzetliydi. Banyo da oldukça temizdi. Batum'a tekrar gelirsek, burası ilk tercihimiz olacak. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

This boutique hotel is a true treasure! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The location is fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. The kitchen team, especially Gamze and Lela, were amazing—their breakfasts were the highlight of our mornings! We also want to express our gratitude to Giorgi and Luka for their exceptional help throughout our stay in Batumi. Their kindness greatly enhanced our trip. Thank you for everything!
