מלון מצוין, קרוב להכל. החדרים מאוד שקטים עם בידוד מצוין, לא שומעים דבר מבחוץ. דואגים להכל, ארוחת הבוקר טובה ולא חסר כלום.

The beds were really comfortable, and there was a good selection for breakfast.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at this hotel, and the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, friendly, and eager to assist. A special shoutout to the wonderful receptionist who welcomed us with a smile each day—her kindness really enhanced our experience.

We were assigned a lovely room on one of the upper floors with breathtaking views of the park, theater, and the Black Sea. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety to choose from every morning. There's also a small children's corner by the reception, making it a perfect choice for families.

All in all, it's an outstanding hotel with remarkable hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel and arrived about an hour early, so I understood that my room wasn't ready. However, I was disappointed that no alternatives were offered, like a different room or upgrade for a fee, and I had to buy my own water. When it was time to check in, I was given a room that had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which gave me a headache. I reported it, and they contacted housekeeping, but nothing was done right away. Only later did another staff member offer to switch my room. The new one on the same floor was great with a nice view, allowing me to finally rest well. The breakfast was quite good, especially since it was included, and the location was excellent. Overall, the hotel offers decent service, but it tends to be more reactive than proactive. Because of these issues, I give it a 4 out of 5—it's a good place to stay but has room for improvement.

İlk defa yurtdışına çıktık, güvenli bir yerde kalmak istediğimiz için burayı tercih ettik. Otel oldukça güzel ve temizdi, fakat kahvaltısı Türkler için pek uygun değil. 😀 Şehir merkezinde, Avrupa Meydanı'nın hemen yanında yer alıyor, bu yüzden her yeri rahatlıkla gezme fırsatımız oldu. Tavsiye ederim. Otopark yok ama otelin önündeki alanlara park edebilirsiniz ya da arka sokaklarda ücretsiz yerler mevcut. Mavi tabelalı zone yazılı yerlere park ederseniz, ücret ödemeniz gerektiğini unutmayın.

This hotel provided an excellent experience from beginning to end. We had originally planned to stay for just one night but ended up extending our visit because we felt so at ease. The hotel is modern, very clean, and just a short walk from the beach.

The room was thoughtfully designed and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a nice selection of fresh items that varied each day. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, professional, and truly welcoming.

We would definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip.
