НЕ ПРИХОДИТЕ СЮДА! Как только мы вошли, сразу заметили хаос, хотя сперва подумали, что персонал немного растерян. Мы были одной из двух занятых компаний и сделали заказ на двоих. Но, когда пришли более крупные группы, их обслужили быстрее нас. Обещали, что наша еда будет готова через 2 минуты, но потом вышел сотрудник и сказал, что придётся ждать ещё 25 минут — и всё это без каких-либо предупреждений. Ни компенсации, ни даже извинений мы не получили. Заказали воду к напиткам, но так и не дождались её. Обслуживание ужасное. Обычно я стараюсь понять, когда у сервиса проблемы, но тут никаких объяснений не последовало. Апельсиновый шприц был нормальным, приятно видеть такой выбор в Грузии. Еда оказалась посредственной, а на сладко-кислые крылышки пришлось ждать 51 минуту. Как так? Я пытался сохранять терпение, но ни извинений, ни объяснений мы так и не получили. Сразу при входе попросили разделить счёт, но об этом забыли. Не приходите сюда! Это заведение слишком дорогое, чтобы терпеть такое грубое и неуважительное отношение. Больше сюда ни ногой.

Недавно довелось побывать в этом месте, и впечатления остались самые теплые. Интерьер уютный, сразу ощущается аутентичная грузинская атмосфера. Меню приятно удивило разнообразием и качеством блюд — всё, что заказали, оказалась выше всяких похвал, особенно местные закуски и традиционные горячие блюда. Персонал вежливый и внимательный, что всегда добавляет плюсов в копилку хорошего заведения. Вид из окон завораживающий, нельзя не упомянуть об этом: горы создают потрясающий фон для трапезы. Отличная остановка для всех путешественников.

Most of the menu is unavailable, about 70% of it. The soup takes 30-40 minutes to arrive, and the place is empty. A disaster.

Waiting 20 minutes for a coffee when there are no other customers is frustrating, especially when two waitstaff just stand around while one person is busy hand-squeezing the coffee beans. The coffee itself is pretty decent, though.

The worst place in Gudauri. The music is so loud you can't even speak with the waiter. I asked them to turn it down; they said yes but made it louder after 2 minutes. We ordered hot dogs, and it took them about 20 minutes to make two. Was the pig freshly cut or what? The waiter ignored our request for enough cutlery to share big dishes, leaving us limited. The coffee they brought was cold. Half of the items on the menu were unavailable. Despite this, the food was very tasty. Georgian dishes can't be ruined by poor service, it seems. Overall, the negatives definitely outweighed the positives.

The service here is the worst I've ever faced. The waitstaff completely ignored us the whole time, even when we were trying to get their attention just to place an order. It's a really terrible place.

Excellent service and the best variety of food in Gudauri.

Les tarifs sont ceux d'une station de ski, donc assez élevés, mais nous nous y attendions. La nourriture est passable, ni mauvaise ni remarquable. En revanche, le service est catastrophique. J'ai été servi après 30 minutes, mais mon ami a dû attendre une heure de plus ! J'avais déjà fini mon repas depuis longtemps. Nous ne payons pas une journée de ski pour passer un quart de ce temps dans un restaurant ! Très déçus.

Serveurs antipathiques et commande oubliée, obligé de me manifester plusieurs fois. Attente interminable pour un simple kebab : 1h. Pas plus rapide pour un coca (qui est pourtant juste à sortir du frigo) : 45 min ! À éviter absolument !

Единственная звезда за остри — что-то адекватное в этом месте. Харчо оказался водянистым, мясо в супе наполовину состояло из жира. Заявленные два хлеба не получили вовремя, второй принесли, когда еда уже закончилась. Неприятно удивило, что нас не пустили в зал, объяснения отсутствовали. Горячие блюда пришлось есть на улице, хотя внутри люди сидели. Официантка не говорила на английском. В туалете не было мыла и туалетной бумаги.

Waiting for my order felt like an eternity, and my skis disappeared!

Terrible service, had to wait 1 HOUR for my order (just khachapuri)! The waiters completely ignored my requests and didn't care to update me on the status.

На склоне подают отличный латте. Еда просто восхитительная — мы взяли грузинский салат, остри и хачапури. Атмосфера чудесная, а официанты — просто огонь!

Waited 50 minutes for soup, service was indifferent, and many dishes were unavailable from the menu.

Хотелось впечатлений и новых эмоций, но "Gradusi" в поселке Гудаури оказался довольно скучным местом. Атмосфера никак не вызвала интереса и нет желания вернуться снова.

There was just one waitress handling the entire café, and she only came by about every thirty minutes. The food was generally okay, but the waffles were so disappointing that I almost started disliking waffles altogether. They were supposed to come with ice cream according to the pictures, but it wasn’t served. Honestly, the main reason people visit seems to be its convenient location.

Dining at a restaurant in Gradusi, Georgia, was a truly disappointing experience. The place was chaotic and poorly managed from the start. Although their menu boasted of a wide variety of dishes, most were unavailable, leaving us with limited and underwhelming options. We ordered pizza, but it tasted like cardboard. The ingredients weren't fresh, the crust was stale and chewy, and there were minimal and unappetizing toppings. The pizza clearly lacked flavor and texture.

The staff only added to the frustration. They were rude, unprofessional, and struggled with English, which made communication difficult. They dismissed our concerns and seemed uninterested in ensuring we enjoyed our meal. Their unprofessionalism contributed to the negative atmosphere.

The one saving grace was the beautiful mountain view, but this alone couldn't make up for the poor food quality and service. This restaurant clearly needs significant improvements. Given the limited menu, tasteless pizza, and rude staff, it was an overall unpleasant dining experience. The view isn't enough to compensate for the restaurant's many shortcomings, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a decent meal.

Avoid going there. The food was cold and the portions were tiny. The wait times are unbelievably long. Nearly an hour wasted.

Prices are high, but it's a nice spot to warm up after skiing all day. Plenty of radiators and electrical outlets, plus a bathroom available.

Больше сюда не приходим. Цены высокие, а обслуживание ужасное. Пришлось трижды искать официантку, чтобы сделать заказ. В конце концов девушка откликнулась, но дозакрыть что-то позже было невозможно — официанты просто игнорировали. Такое хамство недопустимо. К тому же всё очень дорого. Не рекомендую.

Terrible service. We went for lunch and waited 30 minutes for a waiter just to take our order. Tables were dirty, and guests were ignored. Will never return.

The pepperoni pizza is an absolute must-try.

The food is amazing, and there's plenty of space to relax. The atmosphere is lively and fun. Definitely try the Mexican fries and chicken dumpling soup!
