I enjoyed being there.

Great.

I had a frustrating experience at the checkout today. The cashier couldn't scan a Borjomi bottle and just set it aside without any explanation or offer to replace it. I had to go back into the store myself and find another bottle, which took only a minute. Meanwhile, another employee, seemingly a senior cashier, began scolding me in Georgian for leaving the checkout, even though I asked her to speak in English as I don't understand Georgian. Instead of understanding the situation, she raised her voice and blamed me for the delay.

I want to point out a few things to the management:

– If an item can't be scanned, the cashier should inform the customer and offer a solution instead of leaving them guessing.
– It's unacceptable for senior staff to be rude and refuse to speak English when politely requested.
– Customers shouldn't have to get back in line or feel at fault for delays caused by the cashier’s inaction.

Please address this situation and remind your staff about proper customer service.

სამწუხაროდ რამდენჯერმე გამიტანეს ფასდაკლებული პროდუქცია სრული ფასით. რამდენიმე შემთხვევაში დავაბრუნე, რაც მომხმარებლისთვის დიდი დისკომფორტია. ახლაც სახლში აღმოვაჩინე, რომ თქვენ მიერ ნაჩვენები "ვითომ ფასდაკლება" რეალურად სხვანაირადაა და ეს მახინჯია მომხმარებლის მიმართ.

Наткнулась на испорченный товар, который они всё равно отправили мне, несмотря на то, что был явно негоден. Убедительно попросила их не выдавать просроченные продукты. Когда открыли, оказалось, что действительно он был испорчен, но они это игнорировали.

დილის ათ საათამდე 8 წუთი აკლია, და უკვე 22 წუთია ველოდები, როდის ჩაასხამენ წყალს ყავის აპარატში.

Купил вчера iPhone 16, все было отлично, персонал приветливый и дружелюбный. Проверили, что телефон работает. Но дома начались проблемы с установкой софта. На следующий день позвонил в сервисный центр по выданному номеру, никто не ответил. Позвонил в сервисный центр самого магазина, обещали перезвонить. Спустя час никто не перезвонил, пришлось звонить снова. Повторили, что информация принята, и дали номер другого сервисного центра для моей двухлетней гарантии. Приехал туда, а мне сказали, что это не их дело и отправили обратно в сервисный центр, который не отвечал на мои звонки. Спасибо за потраченное время!

The staff desperately need training on how to interact with customers, especially foreigners and tourists. Their rudeness, lack of hospitality, and discourteous behavior are just unacceptable. I asked a simple question, and the response was not only dismissive but also lacked basic politeness, like making eye contact. This shows a total failure in customer service and professionalism. It's hard to believe that such behavior is tolerated by a global brand, especially in a location that should appreciate tourism. Hospitality and courtesy are essential in business, yet it seems the staff here have no idea about that. I was so disappointed by my experience that I’ve decided not to spend any money here beyond necessities like food.

The staff at the registers can't speak English and seem really overwhelmed. Discounts shown on labels aren't applied when you check out, and some items are priced incorrectly. For instance, a kilo of peanut mix is charged at 55 GEL, which is just absurd.

I bought a packet of bread today, which was supposed to be good for two more days, and just look at it. It was stale and had mold on it. What happened to food safety? We pay to eat this? This is truly unacceptable. We shop at large supermarkets expecting the food to be safe. If this is what we're getting, who can we trust?
