Visited with a group, and we all ended up with food poisoning, spending the next day severely unwell, despite ordering different items. The service was incredibly slow, and the waiter often forgot parts of our order. I know working in a busy place can be tough, but that's no excuse for making customers sick. I can't recommend this place. If you're interested in the menu, head to Stamba’s Asian corner instead, where the service is decent, and the chef knows to wash their hands before cooking.

We waited over 30 minutes in an almost empty restaurant, even though there were several people working in the kitchen. It was frustrating to see the people next to us, who arrived after we ordered, get their food, eat, and leave before we even received our order.

For lunch today, we ordered soy sauce ramen, salmon fried rice, chicken katsu don, gyoza, karaage, water, and green tea for two adults and two children. The ramen was good, a pleasant surprise in Tbilisi, although it was a bit simpler and less rich in flavor compared to Onimusha. The chashu was tasty but slightly overcooked and fell apart. The salmon fried rice resembled flavored rice rather than typical fried rice. It reminded me of a childhood experiment where I added too many seasonings—the result was overly flavored and soggy. The chicken katsu don was served on vinegared rice with a thin piece of chicken katsu covered in sauce and came with pickled cabbage. This unconventional combination was intriguing but ultimately too sour. The gyoza looked like Tentens, but the texture felt like a mix between a Koushintsuka fight gyoza and khinkali. The dipping sauce was quite delicious. The karaage pieces were small and crispy, more like fried chicken skin than juicy karaage. They were heavily marinated in a soy-based sauce, which led to some charring during frying. Being away from Japan, the food here was decent enough even if it wasn't perfect. However, spending 160₾ (about 10,000 yen) on lunch felt a bit pricey. I hope they improve in the future.

This place is inside Fabrika. As a Korean who's tasted real ramen in Japan, I was really surprised by the flavor here. I went there to enjoy a warm bowl of broth on a chilly day, but the taste shocked me... Ramen should definitely not taste like coconut 😭 I'm giving it two stars because the hygiene wasn't entirely bad.

We were told that the closing time was 19:00, so we arrived exactly at 17:00. Upon arrival, they said they were closing. Despite mentioning that this was what they told us yesterday, they rudely replied, "That was yesterday, today is different." I wanted to let others know about this kind of behavior.

В пасмурный дождливый день в Тбилиси захотелось горячей лапши. Нашёл ресторан поблизости, который специализируется именно на японской лапше, а не на "азиатской кухне" в целом. Учитывая, что Тбилиси далековато от Японии, ожидания были невысокими. Но их меню, полностью состоящее из японских блюд, выглядело многообещающе. Обычно я предпочитаю тонкотсу рамен, но его не оказалось в наличии, поэтому заказал сёю. Бульон был насыщенным, яйцо с жидким желтком, а чяшу — нежным и сочным. Хотя использовали волнистую лапшу, мне больше нравится прямая, её твёрдость оказалась в самый раз. Взял ещё куриный карааге, он был приятно хрустящим. В общем, это была достойная порция сёю рамена. Единственное, что стоит учесть — ресторан находится во дворе Фабрики, и даже там его найти непросто. В следующий раз ориентируйтесь на ресторан под гигантским зеркальным шаром.

The Tom yam soup had around 50ml of oil in it, which seemed excessive to me. The waiter mentioned it's part of the traditional recipe. Just something to be mindful of. 😄

Die Ramen waren in Ordnung, allerdings viel zu kleine Portionen, obwohl sie geschmacklich überzeugen. Es gibt jedoch keinen Grund, 3,78 GEL zusätzlich an Steuern zu zahlen. Dafür gibt es von mir nur 3 Sterne. Ich habe bereits Mehrwertsteuer für das Essen gezahlt, warum also noch extra? Zudem war das Personal meistens unhöflich, bis auf das eine nette Mädchen. Fabrika meide ich generell, weil man dort nur abgezockt wird und es sich um einen Gebiet handelt, das Touristen zur Kasse bittet. Aber diese Dreistigkeit war einfach zu viel. So etwas habe ich außer in Sighnaghi sonst nirgendwo in Tbilisi erlebt. Ich lebe ab und zu in Tbilisi und kenne Georgien gut, aber hier werde ich definitiv nicht mehr hingehen.

I've been a regular here since 2019 and have never encountered such behavior from a server as I did today. The server was very rude and unprofessional. I requested my seaweed salad without peanut sauce due to an allergy, and the server failed to provide a satisfactory response. It's acceptable not to know something, but it's unacceptable to treat a customer with a bad attitude. He made us feel as if we were doing something wrong by ordering food that we were completely ready to pay for. If you dislike your job, no one is forcing you to be there.

Tasty Japanese cuisine.

The food here is fantastic. It's quite crowded in the evenings, with lots of people outside having a good time. If you have kids, it's better to choose a table inside because there's a lot of second-hand smoke.

I ordered the ramen with kimchi and tonkatsu. The ramen broth was nice but overloaded with ingredients like pork, tofu, egg, kimchi, and spring onions. This mix didn't really come together in terms of flavor. Although it was labeled as spicy, I didn't find it spicy at all. The ramen took about 20 minutes to arrive. The tonkatsu was served in a bowl, which made it awkward to eat. The sauce had a sour taste, and there was too much of it, which affected the meat's crispiness. Serving it in a bowl wasn't ideal, as the meat was on top of lukewarm rice. It took about 45 minutes for this dish to come out. The food tasted okay overall. It was surprising how long the food took to prepare, given the few customers and the 3-4 cooks in the kitchen. The experience was mixed.

This was the most terrible dining experience I've ever had. The owner was completely unhinged.

Рамен здесь напоминает тот, что я сам готовлю дома, а варю я его почти как оригинал. Попробовали шио и мисо, но планируем вернуться за тонкоцу, который не удалось взять из-за отсутствия бульона. Порции хорошие. В раменах встречаются тясю и тофу, а где-то даже маринованная курица. Стоимость удовольствия — 5-6$. Из закусок понравилась капуста кимчи, а ещё есть бао, но их тоже не успели попробовать. Интерьер немного более яркий, чем обычно бывает в таких местах, но это ничего. Персонал замечательный, говорит по-английски, что очень удобно. Поддерживают доставки через несколько сервисов. Бао в итоге удалось оценить — они восхитительно вкусные, хотя стоят 5-6$ за две небольшие булочки. Тонкоцу, когда попробовали, оказался отличным и насыщенным, с идеальными топпингами и вкусной свининой тясю! В следующий визит заметили японскую семью, что говорит о качестве заведения.

The miso ramen and vegan tom-yam were outstanding. The vegan gyoza and seaweed salad pleasantly surprised us. The vegan cheesecake perfectly hit the spot. All negative reviews are from two years ago, and it looks like the place has really stepped up its game.

Куриное бульонное основание было не настолько насыщенным и ароматным, как я ожидала, а нудлз оказались слишком мягкими. Мне казалось, что они не выдерживали нужного времени варки. Учитывая, что я являюсь поклонницей истинного вкуса рамена, к сожалению, данное заведение не смогло полностью удовлетворить мои вкусовые предпочтения. Тем не менее, надеюсь, что это был единичный случай, и моя следующая поездка пройдет более удачно.
