I went through the process of egg freezing here and am very pleased with the results. A big thank you to Dr. Tamara Nadirashvili; she is professional, calm, attentive, and stayed in touch throughout the entire stimulation process. I felt well-cared for medically, and everything went smoothly. The director of the clinic also made a great impression; she is polite and personally meets each patient during the first consultation, explaining everything clearly. It was reassuring and important.

However, I was surprised that I had to specifically ask for the treatment contract and stimulation protocol in printed form. For such an important procedure, receiving the necessary documentation without having to request it seems essential.

There were a couple of negative moments. The person who took the cervical swabs was quite rude and spoke harshly, making it feel more like a public clinic than a private one. It added unnecessary discomfort. Sadly, the receptionist wasn’t very professional either. When I asked her to confirm the payment details and whether the previous overpayment was considered, she abruptly said she didn’t speak Russian or English, which isn’t acceptable for an international clinic. She also initially refused to search for my documents left at the reception and only did so after I insisted. The documents were right there, but no apology was offered.

On the bright side, the woman responsible for distributing medications and teaching patients how to self-administer shots was very kind and helpful. Her warmth and clarity in explanation made a big difference during this emotional process.

Overall, I’m grateful for the medical support, especially from Dr. Nadirashvili and the nursing staff. Yet, there’s room for improvement in front-desk service and communication, as these small aspects can greatly impact the patient experience.

I don't recommend this place. The customer service is terrible. They take forever to respond to any questions, and sometimes they don't even bother answering at all. They seem to care more about their agents and business partners than about the patients themselves. Most of the time, when I ask something, they just tell me to "ask your manager or agent," which is not helpful at all.

Terrible customer service. I booked an appointment by phone well in advance, yet when I arrived, I found out that the clinic opens an hour later than my scheduled time. There were other patients like me who came for their appointments only to find an empty clinic. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful treatment towards patients.

Bu nasıl bir yer? 6. gün saat 10’da randevum var ama doktor yok, resepsiyon yok, kimse yok. Sorduğumda, bize 10’da demediklerini söylüyorlar. Ve 6. gün, pazar günü saat 11’de açılıyor diyorlar, bu nasıl hastane anlamadım. 1 saat resepsiyonda doktoru bekledik ve hiç kimse özür bile dilemedi. Üstelik benimle neden böyle konuşuyorsun diye kavga ediyorlar. 🤮🤮🤢

Мы столкнулись с огромными трудностями при вывозе эмбрионов из этой клиники в Тбилиси. Нас игнорировали по несколько недель, переводя ответственность с одного сотрудника на другого, что вызывало у нас беспокойство и стресс. Когда наконец нам предоставили контакт Эмбриолога Марины Павловой, она сначала отвечала, но вскоре просто заблокировала меня в WhatsApp и, как выяснилось позже, на рабочей электронной почте тоже. Вскоре она разместила странный ролик в своем Instagram, где показывала средний палец, утверждая, что пациенты с ней общаются некорректно. Не понимаю, если этот ролик касался нас, но все переписки с ней сохраняют уважительный тон. Мы являемся клиентами этой клиники, я там проходила обследования, мой муж сдавал анализы, замораживал биоматериал, и самое важное — там хранились наши эмбрионы. Желаю эмбриологу душевного здоровья и более человечного отношения к пациентам, а не видеть в них только деньги. Даже если бы мы не были пациентами клиники, такое поведение недопустимо. С таким непрофессионализмом и неадекватным отношением мы еще не сталкивались. Рекомендую также избегать агентства Stork Service, с которым сотрудничает клиника, так как они оказались мошенниками, не понимающими, что делают. Из-за них мы не смогли вывезти эмбрионы и потеряли много времени и денег. Мы собираемся подать на Stork Service в суд.

Я — суррогатная мама в этой клинике и не согласна с негативными отзывами. Уже второй раз сотрудничаю с ними, и их услуги мне очень понравились. Менеджеры всегда поддерживают и помогают в любых ситуациях, они очень добрые. Клиника предоставляет нам квартиру, где всегда чисто и уютно, есть все необходимые условия. Не стоит писать обман и ложь. Здесь всё устроено честно и официально.

Waited 40 minutes for a manager and left in frustration. Expect a significant waste of time before your scheduled meeting.

Планировала сдать анализы, узнала цены. Здесь они на 15% выше, чем в сетевых лабораториях, но место мне удобно. Придя на сдачу анализов, узнала, что сумма изменилась и стала выше на 40%. Объяснили это тем, что я гражданка России.

Дважды посещала клинику, чтобы сдать анализы. Всё прошло быстро и удобно, начиная от оплаты до самого процесса сдачи. Приходила рано утром. Людей было немного, очередей почти не было.

Единственное немецкое здесь — это название. До уровня Европы им ещё очень далеко. Эта клиника напоминает старую советскую поликлинику, и организация тут такая же. Персонал тоже оставляет желать лучшего.
