Seems like I had good fortune with the staff — they were quick and eager to assist. As soon as I entered, both girls looked up and were willing to help. Anna helped me and explained the costs for sending a letter to Australia. It wasn't cheap :/ but she was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful.

The staff was incredibly supportive. They assisted with sending a package overseas and clarified everything.

On May 12 (Monday) at 5:30 p.m., the place was closed.

Supposed to be open, it’s Friday at 16:57, but it’s shut.

Sending packages internationally here is overly pricey — they charged 199 lari to send a package weighing less than 1kg to the UK, and they also wouldn't allow me to send a book.

All the ladies here are incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable. As a traveler, I had a fantastic experience. I've visited about six times, mostly to send out postcards and buy stamps. Every time, these ladies are genuinely happy and ready to assist. Plus, their English is excellent, and they speak many other languages too. Thank you! მადლობა Highly recommended.

Picking up my package from Temu was a breeze. Although the staff wasn't particularly friendly, I wasn't in the best mood either.

My experience was flawless: no queue at 12:30 on a Tuesday. Every operator was friendly and spoke English. I received my parcel in just 5 minutes 🙌🏻.

Terrible service.

This place is completely unprofessional and terrible. The staff have no interest in doing their job, and everything takes forever, even when there are almost no people there. They don’t prepare declarations, there’s no functional website to check them, and you can’t pay those declarations with a Bank of Georgia card. There’s zero assistance, and even their emails don’t work! It’s disgusting, unprofessional, slow, and overpriced. They lack work ethic, preferring to chat among themselves while ignoring customers. They even give incorrect working hours; they say open until 3 pm but actually close at 2 pm. I absolutely can’t stand this place and wish none of my packages from DHL or other services go through it again.

C’est le bureau de Poste le plus central, juste à côté du Parlement. Le personnel féminin est très accueillant et parle anglais. Envoyer une carte postale vers l’Europe coûte 6,50 GEL.

The staff at this post office should be replaced. I forgot my passport and asked if they could accept my photo from my library card along with my Georgian tax ID number to send a package. I explained that I live far away and can't afford another Bolt trip to get my passport. They didn't care and insisted I bring the passport. I am autistic and felt overwhelmed. I told them I was suicidal, but they ignored it. I left my belongings, feeling desperate. No one followed me. I hit my head on a wall until it bled. A bystander watched and did nothing. When I went back inside, showed them the blood, and asked repeatedly for a tissue, they simply asked how I wanted to pay for the envelope instead of offering help. I walked out with my things, still bleeding and feeling hopeless. This experience was deeply disappointing and disheartening.

This is the most awful place imaginable. I couldn’t get my package for two weeks because they couldn’t process it. They called me every day to say it was ready, but when I arrived and waited for an hour, they just apologized and said they couldn’t give it to me.

Получил посылку, но уже второй день не могу её забрать. Не могут оформить декларацию. Вчера пришёл в отделение, сказали подождать 5-20 минут, пока оформят. Ждал ещё 20 минут — ничего не готово. Обещали за 5 минут или на следующий день. Сегодня пришёл снова — декларация не готова, когда будет, неизвестно. Может, в понедельник, а может, и позже. Забрать посылку в срок не могу. Это ужасно, хуже некуда. Впервые сталкиваюсь с таким отношением. Парню взяли 50 лари за пересылку одного письма, хотя должен был оплатить только одно. Лучше не пользоваться их услугами, если есть возможность. непрофессионально!

Terrible service and it takes forever to get anything done. One of the staff, an unpleasant-looking woman with long curly hair, shouted at me and pointed her finger in my face. She then tried to cheat me by only giving me one out of the two parcels. Be sure to keep an eye on your belongings while you're here!

Katastrophale Wartezeiten, nach 50 Minuten habe ich aufgegeben, eine Postkarte abzuschicken. Update 2024: Weniger Andrang, einigermaßen freundlicher Service.

Finding this spot and purchasing stamps for postcards was straightforward. I paid 13 Lari for two cards and hope they make it to their destination.

This was the worst post office experience I've ever had. We ordered a parcel from Belgium and when we were told it was ready for pickup, we went directly to the post office. We were told to wait. We went nearly every week for two months, always being told to wait. Then, they sent us to the airport customs office to sort things out on our own. The office we needed was open Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm. We even had to leave work early. The first time, they said the parcel was there, but we had to fill something out and were too late because of work. The second time, they said the parcel had gone to the state. Why weren't we informed about this earlier? Why didn't they give us a declaration even though we asked multiple times? Why did we have to handle customs when it's their job? We lost more than 300€ and a lot of time and got zero compensation. Why couldn't any staff member help us and why just send us from one office to another?

The service is decent, and the staff is friendly.

Paid the full postage for two postcards, but they've never arrived over a year and a half later. It seems they were never sent. A complete waste of time, money, and effort.

Arrived at 09:10 on a weekday and was the first in line! Got served immediately and purchased some stamps. The staff member spoke excellent English too.

Erg bureaucratisch en traag. De dame was vriendelijk, maar omdat we een verkeerd nummer hadden getrokken, liet ze iedereen na ons voorgaan. We hebben een half uur gewacht, terwijl we al na 5 minuten geholpen hadden moeten worden.
