The experience at the store was utterly disappointing and appalling. The staff's behavior was incredibly rude and completely unacceptable. Their attitude was not just disrespectful but also deeply offensive. To make it worse, the way they looked at us felt intentionally provocative. This location clearly needs to reevaluate its priorities, starting with basic respect and decency towards customers, no matter who they are. Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable. This was a truly terrible experience, and I will not be returning. I’ll take my business to places where customers are actually valued. Thanks 🌹.
