Заходила за новым устройством. Сотрудник был очень вежлив, подробно проконсультировал, ответил на все мои вопросы и помог выбрать подходящее. Также объяснил, как правильно пользоваться. Сервис впечатлил. Настроение улучшилось.

Для покупки нужно делать бронь и иметь грузинский телефонный номер. Если нет местного телефона (даже у друга), не сможете приобрести. Не для туристов. Внутри ТЦ есть небольшой стенд.

Консультанты абсолютно невежливы и грубые. Не хотят отвечать на русском. Очень неприятно! Похоже, что забыли, кто обеспечивает их зарплаты. Стыдно! Такое отношение еще нигде не встречала. Сидят в колл-центре безо всякой помощи. Уволить невежливо!

Iluma prime ürünü aldım ama sadece en son çıkan modeli satıyorlar. Diğer iQOS ürünlerini bulamadım. Fatura veya başka bir şey verilmedi. Anlamadım, neyse.

The experience was terrible. I had to go to another store because I refused to purchase anything here. The manager was incredibly rude without any reason. I wanted to buy a device and asked about color options, but he got annoyed by my questions. He mocked me with an angry tone just because I asked to see different colors.

TOURISTS, AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I’ve been a fan of IQOS for a long time, but the management of this store shocked me and certainly doesn’t match the international quality I’ve experienced at other IQOS locations. Arriving 20 minutes before the mall’s closing time, I found the store already had their register closed. This is simply unacceptable. I will avoid this place in the future and am considering dropping IQOS altogether, as this isn’t my first bad experience (surprisingly, only in Georgia, not in Europe where everything runs smoothly). Thanks for nothing, and good luck to IQOS management in Georgia.

At 21:30, the staff refused to serve me, claiming the register was closed and nothing could be done. They told me to come back the next day. Service was nonexistent. Customers get zero attention. Zero interest in retaining loyal clients.

По гарантии заменили отлично работающее устройство на неработающее. Теперь мучаюсь в стране, где этих гаджетов нет! Не просила замены и даже не знала, что гарантия действует. Новый холдер работает плохо, хотя светловолосая девушка пыталась почистить его. Всё зависит от того, к какому менеджеру попадёшь, ведь есть и недружелюбные.

Была приятно удивлена качеством сервиса в этом магазине. Мне бесплатно заменили неисправное устройство, несмотря на то, что я даже не просила об этом и не знала, что на него еще действует гарантия. Оказалось, что проблема была в зарядном устройстве. Очень милая блондинка проверила и почистила его. Правда, стоит отметить, что не все менеджеры одинаково дружелюбны. Во время моего второго визита мне повезло больше - меня обслуживала девушка с фиолетовыми волосами, и она тоже была очень любезна и внимательна.

Terrible and unpleasant service.

Absurd little "store" that's more like a booth in the mall's lower level. Tried to quickly buy something, which should've been a breeze. But every employee was busy with one customer trying to decide on a device. After waiting five minutes, an employee told me to sit and wait another 20 minutes to be assisted. I said I just wanted to buy something fast, no help needed. But they didn’t care. I left and spent my money elsewhere.

Why is there always one guy lounging on the couch with customers for what feels like forever, while another is busy showing off "amazing devices" to glamorous girls, and a third is endlessly occupied with the cash register? Is it ever possible to make a quick purchase without standing in line for ages? Why does every employee just watch the queue instead of taking a moment to sell something and then return to their so-called interesting tasks?

Маленький киоск для покупки устройств. Купили девайс, сотрудники подробно всё объяснили и помогли с выбором. Упаковали и оформили как нужно. На такую небольшую точку три консультанта — это, конечно, многовато, с каждой стороны внимание. Но зато всё оформили очень быстро.

The sales manager (female) was incredibly rude and had an enormous ego, completely lacking any customer focus.

Avoid smoking anything.

The staff decided to close at 9:48pm instead of 10pm. It didn’t matter that I drove across town and spent 30 minutes searching for their shop in the mall. And no, there are no signs anywhere.
