The website and prices are good, but the delivery and call center are terrible. I ordered something with a promise of next-day delivery, paid for it, and now it's been two days without any update. The call center can't tell me where my order is or when it will arrive.

Purchased a laptop here a few months back. Recently, the display had an issue, so I took it in for repair under warranty. They called to say there was damage on the corner and refused to fix it. Display still doesn't work. Disappointed.

Absolutely clueless staff. They struggled to locate the SSD slot on my motherboard.

I've left for the second time because none of the staff gave me any attention.

Terrible place. All the staff just sit around with their bellies out, doing nothing. No one is interested in helping. You can wait for 30 minutes and still leave without buying anything because no one will make any effort to assist you.

Оформил два заказа, которые должны были быть доставлены в Батуми. Первая покупка прошла безупречно, товар прибыл быстро. Со вторым заказом возникли проблемы: bluetooth-колонка пришла в уже распечатанной коробке. Хотя следов использования не было, похоже, это был витринный образец, но стоил он как новый. Обычно о таких вещах предупреждают, и вскрытые товары должны продаваться дешевле. В итоге, минус за сервис. Буду и дальше делать покупки на Amazon.

A friendly small electronics shop with a decent range of products. I needed a charger for an older laptop, and this was one of the few places that had it. The staff is generally helpful once they notice you. It's best to have clear answers ready when they ask what you're looking for.

They demand a passport ID number for delivery or online purchases without a valid explanation, only saying it's a "standard procedure."

If you purchase a product through their website, you might end up with an item that's been opened before, possibly returned, and isn't functioning correctly. Plus, the employees are frequently rude, which makes the whole experience even more disheartening.

I'm puzzled by the negative reviews about the service quality here. Personally, I'm very happy with the service. The consultants are non-intrusive and give you space, which I appreciate. They handle exchanges and returns smoothly, whether the product is faulty or not. I bought a projector that turned out defective, and I had no trouble getting a refund and buying a new one. They also offered to exchange it. The staff is very polite. The whole process of purchasing and returning was quick. It's rare in Tbilisi to find a place where you can easily return a product and get an immediate refund. Plus, the prices are lower compared to elsewhere. Highly recommend!

I've shopped here multiple times and have been pleased with the product quality and reasonable prices. However, the waiting time can vary greatly. Sometimes I get assistance immediately, but other times it can take up to an hour. If you're planning a visit, make sure to allocate enough time, or consider using their delivery service.
