Countless salespeople around, and just one clueless cashier who won't even serve customers! Not only are the prices higher than in similar stores like Zommer, but the customer service is atrocious! Absolutely terrible experience! I would not recommend it at all!

Купил наушники за 240 лари. Не смогли проверить на месте. Дома оказалось, что они не работают. Возврат или обмен не сделали, отправили по гарантии. Этот магазин — просто ужас. Лучше держаться подальше.

Ужасный магазин. Сервис на нуле. Сотрудники не имеют представления о товарах. Не советую никому.

The staff doesn't speak English and doesn't seem interested in helping customers. They just chat among themselves while you have to wait to ask a question. There's no "hello" or "Can I help you?" It's like their main job is just to be present without actually doing anything.

Terrible shopping experience. The staff doesn't speak English at all. They don't explain the Tax Free rules. We said we wanted to buy something, and they all told us to wait. Instead of helping us, three staff members were busy with just one customer. They stare at you in a strange way. Definitely not recommended.

Always inspect the box given to you by the staff. Don't trust their claim that they've already checked it. They lie to sell damaged goods.

Bu mağazadan alışveriş yaptım ve aldığım ürün için tax free belgesi istedim. Ancak sürekli sistemde sorun var diyerek beni oyaladılar. Evraktan vazgeçmeyince sonunda verdiler fakat havaalanına geldiğimde, verilen belgenin mağaza tarafından iptal edildiğini öğrendim. Böyle küçük şeylerle insanları dolandırmaya çalışan çalışanları var. Bu yüzden buradan alışveriş yapmanızı kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Bought a few items there this year. I thought I was getting used to their indifferent attitude. Picked up a printer a few months ago. Now they don’t stock the ink cartridge anymore. And they couldn’t care less. I'm done with this place.

Terrible customer service. If you've purchased a defective product (which seems to happen often), prepare for frustration when trying to return or exchange it. They send you to a service center that makes you wait days for a diagnosis (in my case, it was obvious the speaker wasn't charging). They waste your time, and you can't get your money back to purchase elsewhere. I won't be buying anything from there again.

Отвратительный сервис и абсолютное отсутствие клиентоориентированности! Звонила на прошлой неделе, чтобы узнать о наличии iPhone 14 Pro Max. Сказали, что его нет и не могут сказать, когда появится. На предзаказ тоже не рассчитывайте. Но когда по этому же номеру позвонил мой родственник, выяснилось, что предзаказ сделать можно, и они знают, когда телефоны поступят.

It wasn't powered on. Is this supposed to be an art piece? I doubt it. And this so-called "art piece" showed up three days late.
