Персонал очень внимательный, дружелюбный и всегда с улыбкой. Номера чистые и ухоженные. Не обращайте внимания на отзыв шестилетней давности от недовольного клиента. Он просто неправильно понял цену за номер и устроил переполох. Мой отдых с семьей прошел без каких-либо проблем, всё было отлично.

Выложила видео о своём номере. Мне очень понравился отель: всё чисто, прекрасные балконы. Ресторан отличный, а завтрак просто объедение. Всё классное.

The location is great, but the rest of the amenities are just average.

Fantastic spot.

It's almost 2 a.m., and I'm still wide awake because of the unbearable noise. It feels like I'm sleeping right next to a busy street. Light streams into my room from the hallway, and all I hear are doors banging shut. The sound isolation here is non-existent. I strongly recommend improving the doors and windows; the noise levels make it impossible to relax or sleep properly.

Amazing place, the reception was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. Absolutely recommend! ❤

We stayed there about a month ago with our baby, and the location was fantastic. Most tourist spots were within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. We received a baby bed, and the sheets were adorable. The breakfast included a wide variety of foods, and you could enjoy it while a pianist played live music. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a lovely and tidy hotel, and the name fits perfectly due to its stunning design. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We were pleased with the late check-out option at 7 pm for just 130 lari, which is more reasonable compared to other places that might charge the full rate. The only downside was the noise from the nearby highway, which was noticeable even at night. Despite this, we highly recommend it for its spacious and attractive rooms.

Bize sanırım engelli odası verdiler, çünkü tuvaletler çok yüksekti. Çocuk kullanamadı, biz de zorlandık. Oda, evden bozma gibi parkeliydi. Yorumlara aldanıp tercih ettik. Ek yatak için 50 lari ödedik. Kahvaltı yeterli değildi, ama personel ilgiliydi.

Обычный отель. Меня заинтересовала приставка "музей", но от музея там только слово. Ванная отдельно стоящая, с окном в пол, но попользоваться ей не получилось — слив не работал, вода текла на пол. Есть красивая терраса с видом на Куру, общая на несколько номеров, но кусты всего 70 см, и видно, что происходит в соседнем номере. За завтраком персонал даже не поздоровался, а сам завтрак был скудным. Цена не соответствует качеству.

Overall, this hotel is an excellent option for those who value a central location, historical charm, and personalized service in Tbilisi.

Absolutely loved this place ❤️. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the location was perfect. The decor was stunning 😍 🤩, and breakfast was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. Mariam treated us so kindly. The beds were really comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely sized. We arrived at midnight, and the front desk staff was super quick, helping us with our luggage. Behind the hotel, there are nice cafes and a garden, and it’s close to the Peace Bridge. I highly recommend it 👌.

I spent 5 nights here. When I asked the receptionist to upgrade my standard room to one with a balcony, she did so immediately and without extra charge. The room was spacious, with a comfortable and clean bed. All necessary toiletries were provided. The location is outstanding. Breakfast was excellent. My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable.

I think this is the only place where the suite room comes with a kitchen. I checked out other hotels, and they didn’t have one. The staff is friendly, and I appreciated that we could bring breakfast up to my mom. 😂

I am very disappointed. The hotel lacks charm, and the laundry service is overpriced. They discarded roses from my room because I didn't specifically mention them. My friend couldn’t get the necessary toilet facilities since they don’t offer them, even though at first they claimed it was all booked. By the way, the beddings are covered with a blanket that's been used countless times. I do not recommend this 4-star hotel.

This hotel is among the best I've ever stayed at. It's got this amazing art deco vibe with stunning design and decor. I treated myself using my credit card points and ended up with a huge room featuring a giant balcony overlooking the main road with lovely views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, getting me into my room early despite my unusual flight times. The breakfast was delicious as well. The area felt a bit more local and less touristy, which I appreciated. It's just a short walk to Rustaveli, the main street, where you can find a variety of museums, cafes, and restaurants and mingle with the locals. An excellent hotel and stay.

Останавливались с 4 по 7 января 2024 года. Разбили окна, видимо, из-за российских номеров на машине. В машине не было чего-то ценного, но украли 30 лари и российский паспорт.

Отличное расположение, уютные номера. Это единственное место в центре, где предоставляют хорошие двухместные номера. Завтраки здесь отличные, а персонал очень отзывчивый.

Directly across is the winter wonderland, which can be very loud; the noise of people screaming and singing feels like it’s coming from inside the room. On the bright side, breakfast is delightful with a wide selection of items. The location is convenient for catching a taxi. Just be cautious about staying during local events, as the noise can disrupt sleep. If visiting during summer, check that the air conditioning is working well before settling in. There's also easy access to food and groceries from the nearby market.

Stayed twice and encountered multiple maintenance issues in my room and others, as noted by fellow tour group members. The reception desk service was terrible. The restaurant deserves four stars for its service. However, I rate the hotel overall as one star. They hosted a loud party on the first floor with a powerful sound system that filled the entire hotel with an overwhelming bass vibration from 21:00 to 02:00. This is not a place for a quiet stay, and it certainly doesn't prioritize guest comfort.

Потрясающий отель в отличном месте. Завтраки просто великолепные, особенно с живой музыкой. Обстановка стильная и уютная, все чисто и продумано до мелочей для комфорта. Но в некоторых номерах зеркало установлено так, что приходится быть осторожным с открытыми шторами, чтобы не попасть на глаза соседям. Матрас слишком мягкий, неудобно для спины. На ресепшн персонал говорит по-русски, хотя иногда возникают трудности в общении. Один сотрудник не всегда внимателен, пришлось самому решать вопрос на месте. В основном все доброжелательны и просят перейти на английский при необходимости. В целом, это настоящая жемчужина Тбилиси.

Located by the riverbank, the spot isn't bad at all. I visited during breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the live piano music – it was wonderful 👍. The coffee was excellent too. The staff were welcoming and well-trained, doing their best with quick and friendly service. The lobby felt cozy, and the terrace was quite nice. Based on guest feedback, I'd recommend staying here.

The staff at the property are horrible to deal with, they do overbook the rooms during peak days and then make it sound as if they are doing you a favour by giving you a downgraded room! If your trip is confirmed, i would recommend not booking this hotel as your accommodation at this place is no guarantee and you will be spending a day looking for another place!

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. Everything was just perfect, from the excellent service to the friendly staff. Ms. Thea at the front desk was extremely helpful. The view is impressive, which adds to the great atmosphere of the place. Cleanliness was top-notch, and even the housekeeping staff were wonderful. Breakfast was a treat.

Stayed two separate times. My room and several other rooms had maintenance problems reported by members of my tour group. Reception Desk service abysmal. Restaurant four stars for service. Overall one star because the hotel booked a celebratory party in the first floor restaurant complete with mega sound system that reverberated throughout the hotel in a mind numbing constant bass vibration from 21:00 to 02:00. Not a hotel I would recommend for a quiet night's sleep nor a hotel that places the comfort of its guests first.

Завтрак простой, но очень вкусный. Ресторан работает до часа ночи и предлагает отличные блюда по вполне приемлемым ценам, а для гостей есть скидка 10%. Все сотрудники невероятно доброжелательны и внимательны, помогают с багажом и не берут за это чаевых. Прекрасное место, всего в трех минутах ходьбы от центра. Очень рекомендую!

Я бы с удовольствием поселилась в гостинице с древней историей. Круто, что в Тбилиси есть отель-музей, который расположен в доме - исторической достопримечательности Старого города. Очень атмосферно, на мой взгляд , и точно заслуживает внимания
