Hotel "Moxy Tbilisi"

Привет! Останавливался в Тбилиси в конце мая 2025 года. Мой опыт в отеле был таким: выбрал номер с двуспальной кроватью, но он оказался тесноват. Зато из окна вид на реку Кура. В ванной нет биде, и уборка оставляет желать лучшего. В номере есть электрочайник, чай, кофе, сахар и бесплатная вода в бутылках. Освещение слабое. Завтрак в виде "западного" шведского стола подается на рецепции. Персонал дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. Отель находится в двадцати минутах ходьбы от арабской улицы. Лучше выбрать номер подальше от первого этажа — музыка и вечеринки шумные и слышны даже на восьмом этаже. Неприятно удивило, что перед входом вечером бывают попрошайки и посредники. Удачи команде отеля!

No parking available and constant traffic. The hotel itself is great, but the location is terrible.

Их доброта и тщательное внимание к деталям действительно имели огромное значение и не остались незамеченными. Я очень благодарен за их поддержку и высокий уровень профессионализма, особенно управляющей Марине и начальнику безопасности Георгию. Это не просто место для ночлега, а место, где по-настоящему заботятся о гостях.

Wonderful place with a youthful vibe and tasty food. The bar offers a complimentary drink, which is a nice touch. It's centrally located, making it very convenient. Highly recommended, and the price per night is reasonable. However, there were a few minor issues that didn't spoil the overall good experience.

The lobby has great spots for working or enjoying a coffee ☕.

The restaurant was delightful, and we dined there several times. As tourists, we really enjoyed it. The vibe is great. You can find seats with a view of the river. The service is solid, and the restrooms are well kept. In the elevator, the up and down buttons are placed on different walls.

Гостиница очень чистая и приятная, с отличным расположением. Единственная небольшая проблема — это завтрак, который подают в лобби. Есть нехватка мест, особенно для семей с более чем двумя людьми. Также иногда не хватает блюд и чистой посуды, а горячие блюда, такие как яйца, подают холодными, что немного разочаровывает. Каждый день нам оставляли по две бутылки воды — это было приятно, но не докладывали сахар и палочки для размешивания к кофе. Также много организованных групп из Израиля.

Отель расположен в удобном месте, неподалеку от старого города. Вокруг много кафе и ресторанов. Здание выглядит стильно и современно. Комнаты чистые и ухоженные. Однако отель находится на перекрестке, и мое окно выходило на дорогу. Даже когда окна закрыты, шум все равно слышен, так что открыть окно совсем невозможно. Для меня это было проблемой.

Great location, close to all the key spots. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. Breakfast is excellent.

This hotel is in an excellent location, yet it’s not right on the main streets where protests happened in March 2025. The service was quick and efficient. The rooms were very clean and nice, although a bit compact if you have a lot of luggage. Instead of phones, there are codes to scan for ordering food or drinks via WhatsApp. Check-in and check-out were seamless and speedy. There’s a supermarket and pharmacy nearby, and getting a Bolt ride is a breeze at any hour. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The place is wheelchair accessible.

Современные удобства, но уборка совершенно неорганизована. За один день проживания уборка случайно дважды вошла в мой номер. Неприемлемо. Один раз я был не одет, а во второй раз у меня был включен второй замок, но они все равно стучали в дверь и поняли, что перепутали номера. Кроме того, в кондиционере используют какой-то ароматизатор. В номере 418 запах очень сильный и неестественный, поэтому я держал окно открытым, но, к сожалению, из соседнего здания доносился громкий шум вентилятора. Местоположение, конечно, очень центральное, и я, возможно, снова остановился бы здесь, но не в этом номере и надеялся бы, что проблемы с уборкой были случайностью. Также в номерах нет столов, так что работать удаленно невозможно, но общая зона нормальная. Если остаетесь на один-два дня как турист — это хорошо, но если дольше, лучше провести здесь пару дней и переехать в другое место, например, в Hilton DoubleTree в районе Ваке.

However, it's important to note that there is no dedicated parking space available. The hotel's services are somewhat limited due to their self-service model, which might be unfamiliar to some guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and very budget-friendly.

Cons: There's no room service, bellboy, or even a phone in the room to contact services. There's no parking area, so you'll have to carry your luggage to your room yourself. The rooms are quite small and not soundproof. If you have noisy neighbors, you can forget about getting any sleep.

During a brief stay in Tbilisi, I found just what I needed: practical rooms, staff who truly understand customer service, and a conveniently located hotel. Megi at the front desk was particularly helpful with directions, luggage storage, and check-in. The rest of the reception team was also welcoming and accommodating. I felt right at home. Highly recommend!

The past 6 weeks have been great spending every weekend here. I can't recommend it enough due to the amazing design, prime location, vibrant atmosphere, and fantastic staff members like Megi and Liza. The service felt like a 7-star hotel, truly impressive.

Honestly terrible, they knock on your door before 12 for checkout as if you didn't pay. They open your door without permission while you're in the room, which is strange. I absolutely do not recommend it. Also, there's no bidet.
