This is my top choice for accommodation in Tbilisi. Aside from my first visit two years ago, I’ve always booked a stay here. The location is convenient for walking into the city but still far enough away to avoid noise at night. Rooms are tidy and practical, and the beds are comfy. The bathroom is also spotless. While the breakfast options could be more varied, it's still acceptable. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s just a short walk to enjoy a stunning view of the Basilica, which looks amazing at night.

Communication with the staff is only via WhatsApp, and they often don’t respond. During our stay, the electricity was unreliable. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Located just outside the old town and away from the hustle and bustle, this hotel is very clean and offers a nice breakfast. The staff is friendly, and there's a youthful atmosphere. A supermarket, pharmacy, and coffee shop are conveniently nearby. It’s a great value for the price.

Mooi hotel dat redelijk centraal in Tbilisi ligt. Eten en drinken zijn er aan de dure kant, maar er zijn veel restaurants en terrassen in de buurt. Het oude centrum is ongeveer 25 minuten lopen, wat goed te doen is.

De kamers zijn in orde, zien er netjes en vrij nieuw uit. Ook de badkamer is modern.

Het ontbijt vond ik wat karig, maar verder prima. Als het hotel vol is en veel mensen tegelijk ontbijten, kan het wel druk zijn om een plekje te vinden.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. I recommend it if you need a simple base hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in Tbilisi, and it turned out to be a solid choice. It’s conveniently located just two bridges north of the Freedom Bridge, which made it easy to access some restaurants we liked, although the main tourist spots were about a 20 to 25-minute walk away.

Having stayed at other hotels in this chain before, we knew what to expect in terms of style and decor. The ground floor was surprisingly spacious, providing a nice area for breakfast.

Our room on the 3rd floor had a lovely view of the river. While it was small, it was actually larger than we anticipated, so we didn’t feel too cramped during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, thanks to the diligent cleaning staff.

The only downside was the temperature; we struggled to get the room below 22°C even though we set the thermostat to 18°C. We reported it at the front desk, but the maintenance staff couldn’t resolve it either. We ended up opening the window, which was a bit noisy some nights.

Breakfast was decent—not a huge variety, but enough to satisfy our needs, and the fresh bread was a nice touch.

Catching a Bolt ride to the airport at 4:30 AM was easy from right outside the hotel.

I went in just to grab a cup of coffee, but the security guard stopped me at the entrance. He said I wasn't allowed in, and a staff member mentioned I was banned. When I asked for the reason and who banned me, they couldn't provide an answer. Then they even sent their dog after me to force me out. Stay away from this hotel; they operate like the mafia.
