اسوء فندق اقمت فيه. لا نظافة ولا خدمة. السرير والمفروشات متسخة للغاية. 👎🏻👎🏻

My booking experience was a disaster. Upon arrival, no one assisted with our luggage. The front desk person said all helpers were fired and offered to help but noted that "it's not my job" — a very poor start. The hotel is old and desperately needs renovation. We booked a double room with a patio, as per Booking.com’s description, but at check-in, they refused to give us that room. They claimed standard double rooms don’t include a patio, despite my showing the confirmation. Also, the hotel was much farther than described online, which was frustrating. It’s baffling how it has such positive reviews; our experience was the complete opposite. We were so upset that we decided to leave and find another place. I don't recommend this hotel, and I hope others have a more truthful experience.

After a long flight, I arrived at 5am only to find a hair on my bed. Clearly, the cleanliness here leaves much to be desired.

المكان مناسب جدا للعرب حيث يحتوي على شطافات في الحمامات. حجزت غرفتين وصالة مجهزة بغلاية ماء صغيرة وثلاجة وخزنة داخل الدولاب وفرن. السعر لمدة ليلتين كان حوالي 400 ريال سعودي.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, which made the visit truly enjoyable. A big thank you to Artyom and Shalva for their outstanding hospitality.

Через дорогу - красивый парк с фонтанами и детской площадкой. Персонал здесь очень внимательный и следит за чистотой. Особенно хочется отметить горничную Диану Аибову, которая всегда внимательно относилась к нашим просьбам и выполняла их с большой аккуратностью. Завтрак свежий и домашний, повара Джульетта и Рая всегда старались нас порадовать. Официанты приветливые и приятные. Высокие потолки в номерах создают ощущение простора, а герметичные окна и кондиционер обеспечивают комфортный отдых. Персонал на ресепшене готов помочь с любыми вопросами и говорит на русском и английском, что было очень удобно. Рекомендую этот отель тем, кто ценит грузинскую кухню и теплое отношение.

Номер очень уютный, завтраки проходят в спокойной и домашней атмосфере. Иногда одно из блюд может быть не совсем свежим, но в общем всё здорово. Спасибо Мехаку за тёплый приём, он произвёл отличное первое впечатление и помогал решать вопросы с продлением номера.

This was my first time in Georgia and I found this hotel through booking. The place is very clean and comfortable, but looks a bit older than in the photos. The reception staff is extremely helpful, especially Artyom. He assisted us greatly with translations and booking activities.

A wonderful hotel located in a prime central area. The staff were incredibly warm and helped us a lot. Special thanks and hugs to Ms. Julie and my sweet little friend Mimi for their kindness and the amazing, delicious breakfasts. We'd also like to express our gratitude to Mr. Artyom for his assistance with our check-in and all the provided services. The rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely kept.

The accommodation is cozy and comfortable. I stayed one night and departed early because I had another trip. Shalva made the check-in easy and was helpful during my stay. He was very accommodating and even provided me with breakfast to go, as I had to leave at 7 a.m. I would recommend staying here. The location is central, and there’s a supermarket right next to the entrance.

اتاق بسیار تمیز و باز سازی شده بود. هتل آسانسور ندارد و برای رسیدن به لابی باید ۷-۸ پله را طی کنید. صبحانه خوب و متنوع بود و هر روز تغییراتی داشت. کارکنان خیلی خوب رفتار می‌کنند و دوستانه هستند. موقعیت مکانی هتل بسیار عالی است و به ایستگاه اتوبوس و مترو دسترسی خیلی خوبی دارید، حدود ۱۰ دقیقه پیاده روی. به طور کلی اقامت در این هتل را توصیه می‌کنم.

The place doesn’t match the pictures. There were no vegetarian options at breakfast, even with the coffee. Stayed only for sleeping, just an average spot.

Visited in January 2024 and loved this hotel. It is a little north of the main area in Tbilisi, but still walkable to just about everything. The entire hotel has been designed with great care and has great atmosphere. The staff are wonderful and breakfast is not to be missed.

The room with a balcony had no hot water. The balcony felt crowded and uncomfortable due to two large air conditioner units. Although the room size was said to be 35m2, it seemed closer to 20m2. We spotted cockroaches in the bathroom several times. The location is great, but the service and rooms are disappointing.

Pros:
1. Room with a View: We loved the room with a balcony overlooking the city street. It offers a great atmosphere and is quiet with the doors closed. The balcony itself is a standout feature.
2. Night Front Desk: Excellent service. There's a bell at the stairs, and ringing it brings someone to assist you.
3. Delicious Breakfast: The two ladies in the kitchen prepare a varied and fresh breakfast every morning, and they're very welcoming.
4. Cleanliness and Amenities: Everything is spotless, and essentials are ready upon your arrival.
5. Location: Convenient for public transport, dining, and a 24/7 SPAR market is just downstairs for quick snacks and drinks.

Cons:
1. Daytime Front Desk: A particular staff member with long hair entered our room unannounced while we were on the balcony. He asked to take a video from our balcony for social media, which made us uncomfortable about our privacy.
2. Late Check-out Miscommunication: We arranged a late check-out with the evening staff, but the next day the daytime staff informed us it would be charged hourly. This seems to be a communication issue, affecting the hospitality experience.
3. Luggage Assistance: The same day-time staff was unhelpful when we needed assistance with heavy luggage, as the bell-boy was on vacation. This contrasts sharply with the night staff's willingness to help.

Overall, the experience was very good. The majority of the staff and services make you feel at home, and the location and balcony room make it well worth the stay. I would certainly consider returning on a future visit to Tbilisi.

Отель удобно расположен в центре улицы с множеством кафе, ресторанов, пунктов обмена валют, супермаркетов и туристических агентств. Обстановка в отеле очень простая, мебель также скромная. Завтрак обычный, а обслуживание номеров оставляет желать лучшего, но при этом всё чисто.

فندق صغير وهادئ بعدد قليل من الغرف، يقع في مبنى على شارع العرب. المكان قريب من المطاعم ومحطة التاكسي. الغرف تتنوع في الحجم والإطلالة، لكنها نظيفة وبسيطة.

جميل وهادئ ومريح. قريب من مطعم تركي في شارع رئيسي لا يسبب إزعاجًا. الموظف يتعامل بأدب واحترام ويخدمنا على الفور.

This is a top pick for staying right in the city center. Everything you need is nearby. The metro station is just a few meters away, and you can use the metro ticket for buses and the cable car. Walking to the right from the hotel’s exit, you'll find many shops and restaurants leading to a street full of Arab Halal dining options. The café nearby was one of my favorites.

The hotel was excellent—clean and modern with lovely views. The service was good, and the breakfast was satisfying. The only minor issue was that the bathroom in my room had an unpleasant smell.

Объясню подробнее, с таким заявленным комфортом и интересным антуражем хочется увидеть все подробнее. Думаю, что меня интригуют, чтоб я съездил и посмотрел все своими глазами.

The breakfast staff could improve their English and be more accommodating. There are no elevators, so be cautious if you have heavy luggage or special needs. Numerous restaurants are nearby, including options for halal food. Carrefour is also in the vicinity.

Да, дал пять звезд не просто так. Были некоторые недочеты: чтобы поменять простыни, придется немного потрудиться с просьбами. Если заказать одну большую кровать, могут поставить две вместе. Но место отличное: внизу есть два магазина, рядом рестораны, и он находится на центральной улице. До аэропорта всего 15 минут, а до рынка 4-5 минут. Отель действительно в центре города.

В целом впечатления хорошие, но были небольшие неудобства. Горячая вода в душе менялась от холодной до горячей. Постельное белье видно, что старое и нуждается в замене.

Пять звёзд за местоположение, просто невероятно удобно, всё под рукой. Но есть один важный момент — отсутствие горячей воды для душа. Испытание эти два дня, пока объяснял, что вода холодная. Зато спасает наличие биде в ванной, за это отдельное спасибо. Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Tbilisi, Georgia. The room was cozy and pleasant.
