    Ужасный сервис. Сделала тест на дому за 65 лари. Было указано, что результат будет готов через 5-8 часов. Прошло три дня, а ответа до сих пор нет. Весь этот период я звонила и писала. Просили прислать паспорт и почту, я всё отправила, но результата нет. На горячей линии просто сбрасывают, если оператор не говорит на вашем языке. За такое ужасное отношение к клиентам и потраченное время нужно возвращать деньги.

    Had an antigen test a few days back. The service was excellent; the staff were friendly, courteous, and supportive. They did their work efficiently and without hassle. Just a tip: watch out for the location—the street is tucked between apartment blocks near #9. No private parking is available, so you'll need to use city parking or find a spot nearby.

    The staff is incredibly welcoming! The female technician performing the nasal swab was very attentive and carefully swabbed in the correct direction. The PCR test was completely painless. She's not like some who don’t care about the patient’s discomfort. Thank you!

    Очень долгое обслуживание и хамство. Девушка на ресепшене была раздражена и крайне невежлива. Мы прождали почти 50 минут, чтобы сделать ПЦР-тест, хотя перед нами было всего 4 человека. التعامل سيء جداً وبطيء للغاية.. انتظرنا اكثر من ٥٠ دقيقة مع وجود ٤ اشخاص فقط امامنا.

    Прекрасная лаборатория. Делали там PCR тест перед отъездом из страны. Встретили нас вежливо. Девушка на ресепшене говорила на грузинском, русском и английском. Процедура прошла быстро и профессионально. В лаборатории есть интернет, благодаря которому мы вызвали такси через приложение Bolt.
