Musical instrument store "Music Room"

El servicio deja mucho que desear. Apenas responden cuando se les pregunta algo. La selección de productos es limitada, enfocándose principalmente en percusión y guitarras. Para quienes buscan instrumentos de viento, prácticamente no hay opciones.

Never received my refund even though I returned the product unopened and in perfect condition just a day after purchase. They claimed it needed an inspection. They simply took back the product and never gave my money back. Total scam.

The staff seemed indifferent and sluggish. Smoking indoors left the place with an awful smell. However, the selection of products on the shelves wasn't too bad.

Awesome store. They have almost everything you need when it comes to strings and parts, and the prices are very reasonable. The selection of guitars is excellent too.

Зашел в магазин на Рустовели, 37 в поисках электрогитары в подарок. Нашел модель на их сайте, но возникли трудности с парковкой. Парковка платная и ограниченная, пришлось оставить машину за несколько сотен метров от магазина. Место расположено в жилом здании и не сразу удалось его найти, пришлось звонить оператору, который вежливо объяснил, как пройти.

К сожалению, в наличии была только одна гитара той модели, что меня интересовала, и она оказалась с царапинами. Однако персонал оказался очень дружелюбным и отзывчивым. Они даже созвонились с другим филиалом, чтобы проверить наличие новой гитары без дефектов.

Порадовало, что цены здесь ниже, примерно на 10% или больше, чем в другом магазине на улице Мицкевича. В общем, остался доволен посещением. Ассортимент большой, и цены довольно доступные. Поставил бы четыре звезды из-за проблемы с парковкой и наличием только поврежденного образца, но в целом магазин хороший, с отзывчивым персоналом и выгодными ценами.

The selection is quite limited.

The rehearsal space was decent. However, the staff was awful. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. We were abruptly told to leave as our time was up, and the power was cut off. We left only "2 MINUTES" later, yet they told us, "DO NOT BOOK FROM US AGAIN". Why? What did we do wrong? No explanation was given. We followed the rules on their website and were not loud. Is it because we're foreigners? This felt very racist and unprofessional. I definitely will not recommend this place. -- Technical review. The guitar amp plugs were loose and not grounded, which caused static noise. The drums were okay but needed tuning. There weren't enough microphones.

A great spot to pick out musical instruments with excellent service. Every instrument is brand new.

Изначально продавец не особо обращал на меня внимание, отвечал коротко и был занят своими делами, как будто делает одолжение. Но, после нескольких вопросов, он переключился на меня и стал слушать внимательнее. Ассортимент, правда, небольшой.

This store and its delivery team have no concern for service. I ordered a cable, and it arrived five days later in the wrong color. When I called the store, they gave me another number to call. The person there told me I could come to the store to exchange it or send a courier at my expense. After a few minutes of our conversation, he said he'd ask his boss what they could do, but then there was complete silence for the rest of the day. The next day, I realized my number was blocked. I tried calling from another number, and he pretended not to understand me. I paid for the item and delivery, but they sent the wrong cable and refused to resolve the issue. This has been ongoing for four days, and they still haven't fixed it. If you can’t fulfill your promises, I’ll remind you here in the reviews every day.

Полно музыкальных инструментов и оборудования! Гитары, электрогитары, комбики — на любой вкус. Продавцы отлично разбираются в теме и реально помогают. В итоге взял струны. Очень доволен!

Good store, though the studio space can be untidy at times. Instruments usually require some tuning or setup before you can start playing.

This small music store feels like it's from a small town. If you're from a big city, you'll notice the difference immediately. The selection is limited, mostly covering budget and mid-range items. I bought a keyboard accessory here, which was no-name but inexpensive. They respond quickly to questions on their Facebook page.

Great music shop and studio. Friendly staff. I love this place and the people there.

Самая ужасная доставка в Тбилиси. Им потребовалось три недели (!!!), чтобы доставить мой заказ, хотя всё было в наличии. Никакой информации о доставке я не получил, пришлось звонить и в магазин, и в компанию доставки больше 10 раз, чтобы узнать местонахождение посылки. Каждый раз мне уверяли, что курьер точно позвонит сегодня.

Picked up a midi keyboard there. Excellent variety and the staff is fantastic. You can also try out guitars; just take your time, plug in, play some tunes, and find the instrument that’s right for you.
