Our stay was wonderful, and when we arrived, the owner's grandpa explained everything to us.

This spot offers great value if you're looking for an affordable stay. Mr. Alex is a genuinely friendly and respectable host, always looking out for his guests. The room is very cozy too. Ignore the negative reviews, as you'll get what you pay for. It's unrealistic to expect a five-star hotel experience for a low price. From my experience, this place offers excellent service and is the best option for the budget.

Extremely filthy place. Rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are not cleaned at all. They only care about making money.

Alex is a really nice host. The guesthouse is located a little out of the city center, but it's on a quiet street, which is peaceful. It's also very budget-friendly. I would happily recommend it to my friends.

Это место кажется очень странным и недружелюбным. Пройтись по улочкам Тбилиси, увидеть гостевой дом и захотеть остановиться — такое здесь не приветствуется. Нельзя просто зайти и заселиться, обязательно нужно сначала забронировать онлайн. Даже если есть свободные комнаты, вам все равно откажут. Это правило здесь соблюдается строго. Вот такое у них "гостеприимство"! ☹️ Слунтер не советует останавливаться здесь. В центре города есть много мест с более дружелюбным приёмом и лучшими ценами.

The place offers what you pay for, it's quite affordable and the rooms are fairly standard. The kitchen wasn't great—dirty and unpleasant smelling—so it wouldn't be my choice for cooking. On the bright side, the hosts are friendly and the rooms are spacious.

The room is okay, a bit old and could use some dusting, but it's suitable for a short stay. Grandpa is very friendly. However, the kitchen is very dirty and seems like no one cleans it at all.

Miejsce idealne na krótki pobyt, jakość w porządku w stosunku do ceny. Czysto, choć łazienki wymagają renowacji. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna. Blisko dworca kolejowego i stacji metra. Sklep jest oddalony o 100 metrów.

The rooms are spotless and really comfortable, and the warmth and kindness of Alex's dad are outstanding. I'm really grateful for the hospitality!

The hosts are friendly, and they allowed us to arrive early to leave our luggage. The kitchen is well-equipped, with oil and spices, which is a plus. The only downside is the bathroom, which is a bit outdated, and the hot water isn't always stable.

Недорогое место для отдыха. Основное преимущество — гостеприимные хозяева. Достаточно чисто, есть всё необходимое, кроме нескольких недостатков. Среди минусов — отсутствие горячей воды, плохая шумоизоляция и не очень удобный матрас.

An amazing place!

Alex and his dad are truly wonderful people. I arrived late at night, around 11pm, and his dad was there to greet me. He insisted on carrying my heavy suitcase up the narrow stairs, and despite not speaking English, he used gestures to show me around. When I checked out at 2am, Alex and his dad were up to make sure I got my taxi and helped with my suitcase. They wouldn't even accept a tip! The room is simple but reasonably priced, and I'm fine with that. My balcony, covered in grape vines, allowed me to enjoy fresh grapes as it was harvest season. One small downside was that there were no clear signs indicating which door was the correct one; thankfully, a passing lady helped my taxi driver find the right place by suggesting we ring the bell on the brown door.

The place is an old building with extremely uncomfortable beds and old, worn-out linens. However, it is fairly close to a shopping center and not too far from the Station Square metro station. Wouldn’t recommend.

Burası genel olarak güzel bir yer. Ancak banyo ve tuvalet temizliği konusunda eksiklik var. Eğer bu konuda çok titiz değilseniz, önerebileceğim bir yer. Akşamları diğer misafirlerle dostluklar kurabilir ve hoş sohbetler edebilirsiniz. Rezo Amca da var; kendisi oldukça cana yakın ve yardımsever biri.

Цены для Тбилиси нормальные, но для этого гостевого дома — не вполне соответствует. Чистота оставляет желать лучшего, розетки поломаны, кухня находится внизу, телевизора нет, мебель хоть и крепкая, но старая. Потолки в санузле очень низкие, людям выше 170 см будет неудобно. Подниматься по винтовой лестнице с тяжелым багажом крайне неудобно.

Pleasant place with friendly staff. The room is tidy, although the kitchen could be cleaner. The balcony is beautiful. It doesn't offer many amenities, but it's reasonable for the price of 30 Gel.

Замечательное место! Мы были там в 2015 году. Хозяева очень приятные и добрые. Когда мы решили прогуляться вечером, и были только девочки, отец отправил сына нас проводить. Такая забота! 😊😊 Очень рекомендую: чисто, уютно и приятно.
