The staff are rude. It feels like you're begging for food.

I wish I could rate it negative. The food is terrible, and they serve extremely slowly. Inside, it's unbearable because they refuse to turn on the AC. The staff's attitude is the worst, serving with rude expressions. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone and will never come back.

The food, including the Shawarma, Royal kachapuri, and fries, was tasty, but the staff lacked friendliness.

The prices are reasonable, especially considering it's located in a highly touristic area.

If you're in search of a place with quick Halal food and mid-range pricing, this spot is excellent for a fast meal or takeaway. The Halal food is decent, and the staff are very efficient in their service. The downside is the limited seating area, so taking your meal to go is often necessary. Overall, it's a good option for a quick bite.

Попробовала шаурму с подругой. Вкус у шаурмы приемлемый, но позже у меня сильно заболел желудок. Мы решили делать заказ на русском, прикидываясь туристками. За нами вошли двое арабов, которые несколько раз уточнили, халяль ли еда. Им с уверенностью отвечали, что всё халяль. Но я узнала от подруги, что продавцы потом между собой шутили и обсуждали, как добавят свинину, потому что туристы всё равно не поймут. Это было отвратительно. Желание закончить трапезу пропало, так как неизвестно, что они ещё могли туда добавить. Вкус неплохой, но сервис просто ужасный.

I specifically asked them not to include onion, but they completely disregarded my request. Ended up tossing the whole shawarma after just one bite. Onions are a no-go for me, and the lettuce tasted almost rotten—so slimy. Even for just 12 GEL, it was a total waste.

Sos fazla mayonezliydi ve kullanılan mayonezin kalitesi düşüktü. Tavuk da ortalamanın üzerinde değil. Berlin Shavurma'dan sonra burada yediğim için hayal kırıklığı yaşadım ve bu yüzden belki fazla puan kırmışımdır.

Yemeklerin lezzeti güzel, ancak özellikle buraya gelmek için bir neden yok. Eğer yolunuz buradan geçiyorsa ve açıksanız, yemek yenilebilir.

Tried the chicken shawarma here. It was tasty and pretty decent. In Tbilisi, prices were a bit high, but as a tourist, it was worth it. The fast food place is small, but it wasn’t crowded, so there was no need to wait. The service was good enough.

الشاورما عندهم خرافية بكل المقاييس، أقيّمها 5 من 5. الحجم المتوسط كافي وزيادة حتى XXL. النكهة ممتازة، وزيادة البصل الأبيض والهالبينو يعطونها دفعة إضافية. الصلصة لها طعم رانش رائع. المكان ما فيه جلسات، لكن نصيحتي لكل العرب وعشاق الشاورما إنهم لازم يجربونها. السعر مناسب مقارنة بالجودة والطعم والحجم، والشاورما حلال.

If you're Muslim and vegetarian, this is worth a try. The vegetarian option isn't on the menu, but you can ask the boss to prepare it that way. Highly recommended if you like your food extra spicy.

Gave this spot a few tries, but the cashier is consistently rude and ignores customers. Tried to stay positive both times, but it didn't matter. She's more interested in chatting with her friends than helping out. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Кассир просто отвратительный. Если кто-то из моих турецких братьев сюда зайдет, заранее вас предупреждаю — лучше пройдите в соседний супермаркет Spar и купите чипсы или подобные вещи, но сюда не заходите.

Fiyatlar makul, ancak iç dekorasyon pek iyi değil. Çalışanlar biraz laubali davranıyor. Çorbaları ve pelmenileri lezzetliydi, ancak haçapuriyi kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.

Affordable prices, but the service and food are just okay.

The service here is poor. I ordered a dish similar to dumplings, and it arrived undercooked. The man working there, who might be the owner, seemed unwelcome towards Asian guests. If you can avoid it, try another restaurant for local food. It also took an unnecessarily long time, about 30 minutes, to get my order.

Купил шаурму здесь и просто ужаснулся. Обычно не ем шаурму, но иногда это удобный вариант. На этот раз всё было ужасно. Картошка в шаурме была как из вчерашнего дня. Мяса почти не было, и в итоге получилась какая-то сухомятка с несвежей картошкой. Есть это было невозможно.

Требовался вегетарианский завтрак в 9:30... и я оказался в идеальном месте! Здесь нашлось множество вариантов вегетарианской еды: от салатов и тоста с авокадо до супов и таких популярных хинкали. Ещё и подали вкусный кофе Американо.

Το bulldog ήταν φανταστικό, αρκετά μεγάλο και πολύ γευστικό! Οι τιμές είναι καλές. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

If you're looking to really fill up, the large shawarma is more than enough since it's truly big. However, the taste is quite lacking compared to German or British kebabs.
