ужасно! Заказал без соуса, но сделали с ним и даже не исправили! Ещё и возмутились! 👎👎

5 წლის წინ ყველაფერი იდეალური იყო! ახლა კი საშინელებაა. ფასები გაიყვანეს, მაგრამ მომსახურება ნამდვილი ნულშია. გეტყვიან, რომ 30 წუთი უნდა დაელოდო, მაგრამ რეალურობაში ერთ საათზეც მეტხანს გრძელდება. ნამდვილად არ ღირს ლოდინი. პერსონალი ყველაზე ცუდია. ჩემი რეკომენდაცია ძალიან უარყოფითია.

მთელი თბილისი ეს ყველაზე საშინელი ადგილია საკვებად, სადაც ისეთივე ცუდი მომსახურება შეგხვდებათ. არასასიამოვნო პერსონალი და მათი დაუდევარი საქციელი ყველაფერს აფუჭებს. 👎👎👎🤮🤬🤬🤬

ქვის ხანაში არიან.

მითხრეს, რომ დალოდების დრო იქნებოდა 30 წუთი, მაგრამ მომიწია ცდა 50 წუთიდან საათამდე. შაურმაც ცივი იყო. მადლობა. (რეიტინგი გამოსწორდება და მიმოხილვა დარედაქტირდება, შემდეგ ჯერზე როცა მივალ).

The shawarma here is incredibly delicious, and we cross the city just to get it :) Unfortunately, the service can sometimes be disappointing. In person, they mention delivery, but when we call to order, they say delivery isn't available. Another time, they ran out of meat, and yet again, no delivery. The staff often talk as if they're doing us a favor. It's confusing — is delivery available or not? It's a shame such tasty shawarma is overshadowed by inconsistent service.

სერვისი და მენეჯმენტი დაბალ დონეზეა. რიგის პრობლემას ვერ აგვარებენ წლების განმავლობაში. 1 საათი რიგში ვდექი და შემდეგ 40 წუთით კიდევ მომაყოლეს. ჩემი რჩევა იქნება — მიხედეთ რიგს. ამდენ ხანს ლოდინმა არავინ უნდა დატოვოს კმაყოფილი. შაურმა გემრიელია.

ყველაზე დიდი შაურმაც რომ იყოს და მართლა ძალიან კარგიც, მომსახურეობა აქ საშინელებაა ორივე: ადგილზე ყოფნისასაც და შეკვეთის დროსაც. ეს განწყობას გიფუჭებს და ყოველი სურვილი გიქრება, რომ შეჭამო ეს შაურმა.

არასასიამოვნო მომსახურება!!!!!!! შაურმის გემო მნატრია, მაგრამ როცა მოლარედ უზრდელი ზის, საერთოდ არ ღირს.

It's a challenge to order here in the afternoon because the wait time is 40 minutes. However, the taste is excellent.

The shaurma here is amazing! It's the best I've tried in Georgia. The delivery was incredibly fast—I ordered four medium shaurmas, and they arrived in just 15 minutes. They were very warm and tasted delicious.

Nowhere to sit and eat, but the food is incredible.

The food is quite tasty, but the management is terrible. They mess up the order about every fifth time. They act like they don't need any system, insisting they'll remember everything. It's really frustrating.

Вкусная шаурма, поэтому очереди всегда собираются. Упаковывают шаурму в фольгу, чтобы дольше оставалась тёплой. Одно из лучших мест в районе.
