طلبت قهوة سوداء صغيرة وكرواسان، وفجأتني الفاتورة بـ 60 لاري. لما نظرت إلى الشاشة، وجدت أنهم أضافوا لي 4 أشياء. وعندما سألت، كانت الإجابة وقحة.

This place seems like the worst option in Georgia. The donut was old and the cappuccino was overly sweet (did they sneak in sugar?). I ended up paying around 10 euros, so it's definitely not worth it.

The cashier's attitude was terrible, and the prices were outrageously high.

The price at the counter shows 32 lari for just a piece of toast and an Americano, even though it should be 29 lari. They can't explain why this happens. Does using cash mean paying an extra 3 lari? There's no communication. All you get is a curt "no."

The avocado with egg toast and the chicken wrap were both a disaster. I really wish I had just kept fasting.

Prices are unbelievably high.

They ask for nearly 7€ for a tiny coffee and then only fill half the cup! It's pathetically ridiculous! A bottle of red wine at duty free is just 12€. I'll never purchase anything from this place again.

The cashier put 4 extra slices of cheese on my hot dog and charged me an extra 16 GEL. When I asked for a change, she just said 'no change.' She was rude and irritable.

Заказал два флет уайта. Когда пришёл заказ и я заплатил, оказалось, что сделали мне два черных кофе. Поругался с ними, а они утверждают, что я именно черный кофе и заказывал. Сказал им, что заказывал флет уайт и вообще не упоминал черный кофе. Они добавили, что если нужен молочный, то надо доплатить. Заплатил дополнительные 6 лари, и они добавили молоко. Даже после этого вкус остался ужасным.

Всегда открыт. Хороший вариант для быстрого перекуса. Много разных бейглов с местными и классическими вкусами, например, с лососем и авокадо. Можно найти и сладкие пончики. Вода стоит 5 лари. Цена выше обычной, но это нормально для аэропорта. Рекомендую попробовать турецкий бейгл.

Возможное место для быстрого перекуса. Меню приятно удивляет для заведения быстрого питания, предлагая несколько грузинских позиций. Можно попробовать авокадо-тост с лососем и даже хачапури вместе с их знаменитыми пончиками. Турецкий бейгл — отличный выбор.

The lemonade was great.

Only giving two stars for the service because the cashier was friendly. The male staff member was rude. They took 15 minutes to prepare a simple order of 2 coffees and 2 basic sandwiches. The slogan on the coffee cup saying "best coffee in town" is a joke. They probably never clean their coffee machine properly, because the coffee tastes terrible. The price is ridiculously high.

The male staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, acting like we were trying to get free food or something! This is not how you should treat your customers! So disappointing, especially at the airport!

Extremely rude service. Asked for the rest of my order, and they just stared at me, acting very disrespectful. The manager came over and started yelling at me and my family. The cup wasn't even filled properly. It's so frustrating that they treat paying customers like this. Horrible staff attitude.

Terrible service and awful food.

The chicken wrap was absolutely revolting, and there were cockroaches everywhere. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had to eat. I would have thrown it away, but there's not much choice here and no guarantee it’s any better elsewhere. Cockroaches will keep you company at the table. Terrible.

Spent 15 minutes standing in front of the staff, and they didn't react at all.

Полнейший обман. Цена на бургер в меню — 23 лари, а нам дополнительно добавили стоимость за сыр и мясо. В итоге бургер обошёлся в 37 лари. То же самое произошло с хот-догом моего друга. В меню указано 19 лари, а на деле — 27!

Пицца даром не нужна: сплошное тесто и соус. За два кусочка дерут 22 лари. Разочарование.

The cleaning staff took my nearly 7€ coffee away when it was still half full :D. It was amusing because the coffee was awful anyway, so I'd say it ended up being a favor.

When I went to collect my order, I noticed it was the wrong food and requested a change. They refused. It felt like a scam. Be very careful when ordering and check your receipt closely.

The experience at this airport location was terrible. I ordered an americano with a bagel, but only received a bagel. It was toasted on the outside but cold inside. It cost 31 lari, and the staff was unhelpful. If you're at the airport, avoid this place to save yourself the frustration.

Everything's like usual, but the prices are outrageous — twice as expensive. A donut costs 7.5 GEL, and a coffee ranges from 12 to 25 GEL.

Absolutely terrible experience at the Tbilisi airport location! The cashier was utterly unhelpful and clearly didn't know how to use the system. Instead of fixing the problem, she spoke rudely. It’s disappointing that the staff can't handle simple customer order requests. Plus, they are incredibly slow with preparing orders! Zero stars for service!

Цены на раф просто сумасшедшие — маленькая чашка дороже самого большого латте. На кассе совершенно не умеют общаться с клиентами, грубят без стеснения. Подают несвежие продукты.

The price I paid for a pizza was outrageous, especially for something the size of a small Georgian hat. It was microwaved and as unappetizing and limp as my experience at Tbilisi airport. The slushie was served without a spoon or a straw you could actually use, making it impossible to finish. At least the can of Sprite actually had Sprite in it! Definitely a place to avoid.

The prices are awful, and the quality is far below par. I had read the reviews beforehand, but I didn't believe it could be this bad. I tried it for myself, and it truly is that disappointing.

They served me a burger that wasn't cooked properly. The ordering process was chaotic, and we had to argue with others about our order. Giving it one star is being kind. This place is a danger to your health.

Вместо того чтобы обслужить нас как полагается, нас, не спросив, говорим ли мы на английском или другом языке, отправили к компьютеру. Булочки явно старые, хоть и работаю в похожем кафе, но у нас булочки всегда свежие, их можно держать в закрытой упаковке и иногда подогревать, чтобы было можно их откусить. Вместо латте пробили американо. Ошибку в чеке заметили позже, попросили исправить с доплатой. В итоге получили странный коктейль из американо и молока, который вовсе не похож на латте, за 800 рублей! Неужели так сложно нажать кнопку и взбить молоко? Разочарован до глубины души. Оценка 0 из 10.
