Ассортимент одежды просто замечательный, и выбрать есть из чего. Но нигде не написано, что можно взять в примерочную только 5 вещей. Потратила много времени, выбирая, что хочу примерить. Когда пришла, сказали оставить остальные вещи снаружи и постоянно выходить за следующими. Это крайне неудобно — приходится каждый раз заново одеваться, чтобы подойти к персоналу за вещами. После примерки первых пяти вещей, три из которых решила купить, вышла за следующими — и их уже не оказалось! Персонал просто собрал мои вещи и унес. На вопрос, где пакет с одеждой, ответили равнодушно: «не знаю, здесь ничего нет». Это просто возмутительно! Зачем я тратила столько времени на выбор одежды? Для чего у входа большие пакеты, если в примерочную нельзя с ними зайти? Естественно, после такого ничего покупать не стала.

Terrible cashier service, and customers ignore the line.

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased here yesterday? I have the receipt, tags, and everything else needed.

The jackets and clothes have reasonable prices. The staff, however, have an unreasonable attitude. They don't seem to value customer service.

I read recent reviews and went there expecting a negative experience, since locals can easily tell I'm a foreigner. I ended up buying a coat and jogging pants at a price that made me happy. I didn't encounter any rudeness or negativity. Just go, smile, and be nice, and you'll enjoy your new clothes.

Первый раз приехал в Грузию, пошёл купить зимние вещи для поездки в Казбеги, и персонал с кудрявыми волосами оказался очень грубым и непрофессиональным. Если не хотите помогать клиентам, не работайте в торговле. В Дубае такого отношения в LC WAIKIKI не бывает.

The staff in this clothing store in Tbilisi are really unfriendly to foreigners and always find something wrong. I've been living in Tbilisi for two years, and every visit here has been problematic. Today, while waiting for the fitting room with my mother, I wasn't given a number, and the attendant was unfriendly and judgmental. After picking a blouse, I was accused by the attendant of leaving a detached security tag in the fitting room, which wasn't mine. Even after explaining, she didn't believe me and kept speaking in Georgian. This happened in front of a lot of people, making me feel very uncomfortable. At the checkout, the staff seemed tired, unfriendly, and unhelpful. This isn't the first negative experience I've had. The store's central location attracts many tourists and foreigners, yet the staff's attitude towards non-Georgians is noticeably poor. In Turkey, I've never encountered such rude service at this chain.

The staff at the LC Waikiki store in the Galleria Mall is quite rude. I'm a regular customer of the brand, having shopped in Turkey, the Middle East, and London, but the experience in Tbilisi was disappointing. The salespeople didn't smile and were unwilling to assist. One middle-aged saleswoman even told us not to look for items ourselves, but to ask her instead. I asked her for a specific size, and she said there was none, yet I later found two pieces in the size I needed without her help. When I mentioned this to her, she responded arrogantly. The cashier was similar—no greeting, no smile, and clearly unhappy with her job, which was evident on her face. She didn't thank us for our visit. I had a similar experience at the store near Marjanshvili Metro outlet two days before. In contrast, in the UK, staff in any store are usually friendly, grateful, and respectful towards customers. It's important for the company to pay attention and train their Tbilisi staff on proper customer service.

Это, возможно, один из лучших магазинов в Грузии, если учитывать соотношение цены и качества! Единственный минус — в каждом филиале товары расположены по-разному, так что поиск нужного может занять время. Если бы не этот момент, оценка была бы 5 звезд.

The store offers a decent selection, but the staff were incredibly rude. I’ve been to the same store in Kutaisi, where the service was excellent and the staff were friendly. The employees in the Tbilisi location should definitely improve their customer interaction.

Отличный магазин с широчайшим ассортиментом одежды. Цены адекватные, а персонал вежливый и внимательный. Много посетителей, что говорит о популярности места ☺️.

Большой выбор доступной одежды, качество соответствует стоимости. Есть модели разных размеров. Персонал приветливый и помогает при необходимости. Люблю заходить за базовыми вещами, джинсами и футболками.

A great place for shopping with fair prices and excellent quality. Visited in August 2023.

This store doesn't fully display the entire women's clothing collection. The men's section is much better. The space for women's clothing is insufficient and needs more attention.

The selection, prices, and quality are all decent. Everything is middle of the road—neither high nor low.
