Элегантно, разнообразно и вкусно. Конечно, дорого, но это понятно. Здесь действительно свежее мясо и всегда очень свежие овощи и фрукты. Расположен в районе Ваке.

I, like many others, think the prices here are too high. The security situation is just bizarre. Coming from England, I can't accept having to leave my backpack, with valuable items inside, in a flimsy locker. On top of that, while being told not to bring my backpack inside, I saw others strolling around freely with theirs. It's a backward policy that seems like an excuse for lazy security staff. I won't be shopping here again.

Прекрасное место! Все продукты местные: молочные, мясные, яйца. Выпечка и кондитерские изделия очень вкусные и высокого качества. Фрукты, овощи и зелень всегда свежие и на любой вкус. Есть большая кулинария — можно взять с собой или поесть прямо там, в бистро внутри магазина.

The product range is good, and the baked goods stand out as especially delicious and reasonably priced. A few items do seem a bit overpriced, and the selection could be better, but I understand there are certain limitations.

Seriously, the potato-stuffed pirozhki around here are unbeatable, possibly the best in the city. The price-to-size balance is spot on, absolutely top-notch. And their donuts? Out of this world — tried the classic cream-filled and the cream-blueberry mix, both were incredible. Gotta try them for sure.

My visit to this place was very disappointing. I was stopped at the entrance by a security guard who rudely insisted I couldn't come in with my shopper bag and needed to leave it in a locker. However, all lockers were already in use or had missing keys, making it impossible to lock them. Was I supposed to leave my belongings in an open locker? I decided to shop at a competitor’s store instead, where I never have such issues. Customer service is important, and sadly, it was lacking here.

The security guards are completely inadequate, refusing to let you into the store. They won't allow you to bring in your belongings, even if you use the provided boxes. Please ensure these boxes are in good condition.

The service is really declining: the price tag might show 4 lari, but it turns out to be 6 at the register. I can't keep track of the real prices because the client's screen is turned towards the cashier. When I spot the price difference after paying and mention it, they just apologize, saying "the discount is over, we forgot to update it," and then do nothing. The next day, it's the same story. What's going on here? It used to be a decent 24-hour supermarket, although a bit cramped and crowded. They keep messing up price tags, so be careful and check barcodes.

My wife got the beef, and it was awful. It was so tough you couldn’t even chew it! She's really upset because she wanted to prepare a nice dish for me!

Absolutely dissatisfied! I regularly ordered cooked dishes, especially sushi boxes. Upon delivery, I opened the package and immediately noticed a suspiciously foul odor coming from the salmon. Glovo informed me that the shop claimed it's impossible for their food not to be fresh! Seriously?! Who's imagining things here, me?! Shameful! This experience was extremely unpleasant.

I was asked to leave the shop, which was really embarrassing. They still follow an old rule of not allowing dogs inside. This surprised me because most places, like Carrefour and Auchan, got rid of this rule a long time ago.

Seriously, in 2023, aiming for EU standards, and yet you make customers stash their bags in a cramped "storage room"? I'll just go to Carrefour instead. Update November 2024: it's been a year, and the same rude guy is still invading my space by touching me with the same nonsense. Definitely never coming back here.

Terrible service for regular customers. Today, I faced unbelievably poor customer service at your so-called “premium” location. I was thrown out just for having my dog with me, even though it was in a carrier and bothering no one. The most ridiculous part was suggesting I leave my dog in a storage locker! This is completely unacceptable and makes me question your customer policies. When I asked if I could at least pass my groceries to my partner, the security escorted me out. At least they didn't use physical force. You call yourselves premium, but this treatment and lack of basic service standards are unacceptable. Your staff clearly needs communication training. Very disappointed.

It was a very unpleasant experience. I've been a regular for over two years, but this time... if there's a rule to leave bags in lockers, I'm willing to follow it. However, the young security staff allowed everyone else to pass with their bags, and only I was stopped. Most lockers didn't have keys, and the ones that did couldn't be locked. The staff repeatedly tried different lockers, which was frustrating. If using a locker is a rule, shouldn't they ensure the lockers actually work first?

Все было замечательно, хотя цены немного выше, чем в других местах.

It's freezing here during the summer. The cashiers lack any service skills and are downright rude. They don't even bother to reply when you greet them. When paying with a card, they never inform you when the transaction is complete, so you have to verify it yourself before leaving. Additionally, prices are misleading. Discounted products aren't updated to their original prices after the sale ends, causing you to pay more than expected at the register. It's a complete mess!

In my opinion, this branch stands out. It offers the widest selection of items. I really appreciate the extensive produce section and the diversity of origins for their products. It's definitely one of my favorite shopping destinations.

The grocery selection is fantastic, but the service is downright awful. The staff really need some training to be more welcoming and friendly.

The prices never seem to match the actual cost of the items. What a disappointment! It's supposed to be a high-end supermarket, but it's not at all! You can't find out the real prices unless you ask the cashier. Even the staff can’t help and just shrug their shoulders.

Снова заглянул в знакомое и дружественное заведение для быстрого перекуса. Хочу отметить вежливость обслуживания, что для меня всегда важно. Вкус еды понравился: хороший ассортимент на любой вкус. Но сегодня были некоторые замечания: чувствовался слегка пережаренный привкус на блюде с курицей. И хотел бы обратить внимание на то, что салаты были не совсем свежие. Возможно, был не самый удачный день или просто чуть-чуть не повезло с кухней. Но я вне всякого сомнения знаю, что место стоит своего времени, обычно подают действительно хорошую еду. Надеюсь, что мои замечания примут к сведению. С удовольствием продолжу посещать это место, поскольку оно зарекомендовало себя как стабильно надёжное.

Очень вкусные обеды и завтраки. Можно купить все прямо в кулинарии магазина и подогреть в бистро. Недорого и всегда свежая еда и выпечка
