Burger "Brothers Burger"

The worst spot in Tbilisi. Terrible quality. Avoid this place. They unapologetically serve fried, frozen food. It arrives cold in the center. Stay away from this spot. No maintenance.

The cheese balls were served frozen and cold, and the fries had an unusual taste. The staff mistakenly gave us jalapeño fries that we didn’t order, and then made us pay for them.

I had a pleasant experience at this place. Although the mtsvadi burger I wanted wasn't available, the Mexican Burger I chose instead was really delicious, and the fries had great seasoning. I would definitely consider returning or ordering from them online.

The food looks just as good as in the pictures, but sadly the flavor and the service fall short. The dish was so salty that I couldn’t finish it, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all.

Платный туалет в общественном месте — это просто недопустимо. Все заведения в таких местах должны быть закрыты.

The food tastes awful. Never buy burgers here. The staff is arrogant and rude. They overcharged me accidentally and refused to refund. Absolutely no recommendation.

Много раз тут ели, но сегодня очень разочаровались. Заказ ждали долго, та штука, что должна сигналить, не сработала, но я увидела, что наши бургеры стоят на стойке. Подумала, что картошку ждут. Подождали ещё, но в конце концов пошла сама. Девушка на кассе не говорила ни на русском, ни на английском. Просто показала, чтобы забирали. Спросила о картошке, она её принесла. Потом спросила про соус, она снова пошла за ним. А если бы я не спросила? Почему штука не сработала? Бургеры оказались ледяные, сколько они там простояли — неизвестно. На наше замечание, что они холодные, ответили, что они теплые. Это какое-то издевательство, просто ужасно.

The burger was decent, but they only had black buns, so I couldn't choose the one I really wanted. It tasted good, though, and I'd recommend giving it a try. The price was reasonable, and it was nice that there was a combo menu available with each burger. The atmosphere was cool, not too busy, and finding a seat was easy. However, the main reason I wouldn't return is the staff. I waited for them to take my order, and they seemed indifferent. I get that they might have been tired, so I tried to be patient, but getting them to notice me was difficult.

Заказал классический бургер. Булочка и соус были нормальные. Но мясо оказалось пресным и сухим. Хотелось бы, чтобы котлета была сочной. Если это улучшить, будет отлично.

Visited the place today, and the cashier's attitude was less than friendly. Is ignoring customers the standard here? The food arrived warm but cooled down quickly. For what I paid, the burger was average. Maybe saying "hello" and "thank you" is too much to ask, but at least they could acknowledge when the order is done. Instead, the bell was just placed on the counter, and that was it.

Les frites sont vraiment savoureuses, et le burger est agréable, bien qu'un peu fade.

Пришёл в 10:35. Заведение закрывается в 11:00. Мне отказались приготовить даже простой бургер. Обратите внимание, что зона для приёма пищи общая, и нет обслуживания столиков.

ლოდინის დრო 35 წუთი. მივირთვი საფირმო ბურგერი, რომლის ფასიც დაახლოებით 40 ლარია. ბურგერის ფუნთუშა ვიზუალურად კარგად გამოიყურებოდა, მაგრამ სრულიად ცივი იყო. ემატებოდა ასევე ცივი ყველის სოუსი ზემოდან. შიგთავსი — ბეკონი — საერთოდ არ იყო დაბრაწული. ხორცი ნორმალური იყო, მაგრამ მთლიანობაში ეს ყველაზე საშინელი ბურგერი იყო, რაც ამ ფასად მიღებია. ძალიან იმედგაცრუებული ვარ. ასეთი რაღაც არასდროს წარმოვიდგენდი, როდესაც ობიექტზე საფირმო ბურგერს მივირთმევ. არ ვიცი, მე გამიმართლა ასე თუ ზოგადად ყოველთვის ასეთი ბურგერია, მაგრამ მეტს მოველოდი. კარგი სტაფი საკმაოდ.

После получасового ожидания принесли холодные и ужасные бургеры. Зато сырные шарики оказались хорошими.

Ordered a double bbq burger and paid 37 lari for the meal. The cost is way too much for such poor quality. The beef was tough and dry, more like kabab than a burger patty. Fries were even worse. Everything tasted stale. We couldn’t even finish the meal.

Some of the best burgers I’ve tasted. Definitely worth a visit and a try. The food is made very cleanly and swiftly.

It took over 25 minutes for my order to arrive, and by then, the burger and fries were cold. Even the cola was at room temperature.

The burger was terrible, with very low-quality ingredients. There was almost no cheese in it. The service was also dreadful.

Burger был ужасным! Соуса почти не было. В бургере очень мало ингредиентов, а мясо было жестким и трудно жевалось. Раньше мне здесь нравилось, но теперь не могу порекомендовать. Низкое качество. В горгонзола-бургере почти не было сыра и он был довольно сухим.

Likes: * Абсолютно лучший бургер, который мы пробовали в Тбилиси. Очень вкусный, просто невероятно аппетитный. Вне всяких стандартов. Dislikes: * Цена на бургер слишком высокая. * Обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего: нам отказались разрезать бургер пополам, пришлось делать это самостоятельно. Это действительно разочаровывает и немного раздражает.

Заказал два бургера, прождал 40 минут. В итоге получил холодные, недожаренные котлеты. Люди, читайте отзывы и ешьте хинкали в Тбилиси. Крайне разочарован.

Бургер с горгонзолой и брусникой — сплошное разочарование. Такое отличное сочетание вкусов здесь просто испортили. Сам бургер сухой, а горгонзолы и брусники внутри почти нет, они где-то на поверхности. 30 лари за такой бургер совсем не стоит.

The cheeseburger I tried was okay, although it didn't quite hit the mark I was hoping for. The prices were reasonably affordable, and they served with gloves.

I ordered a beef burger but received pork instead. They didn't apologize, claiming there was no mistake. Reluctant to provide service and overall a bad experience. *Not recommended*.

Специально заехали за бургерами. В меню не нашлось чизбургеров. Шеф-повар вежливо согласился сделать два больших чизбургера. Оплатили два чизбургера на вынос, но в пакете оказался только один. Позвонила сразу, но сказали, что ничего не понимают и помочь не могут. Заплатила 37,90 и осталась ни с чем. Больше сюда не вернусь, хотя бургеры были вкусные.

It's somewhat acceptable, a step up from McDonald's but still not reaching the mark.

The burger meat was warm but dry. The fries were hot and crispy. They provided gloves for eating. If you’re into fresh burgers, I wouldn’t suggest visiting this place.
