ბურგერი "Brothers Burger"

მსგავსი საშინელი ბურგერი არსად მიჭამია. პირველად, როდესაც ახალი გახსნილი იყო ორბელიანზე, 40 ლარი გადავიხადე და კატასტროფული იყო. მაშინ ტიკუანის ბრალი დავაბრალე. ახლახანს ისევ გავინჯე და მეორე შანსი მივეცი, მაგრამ ბურგერი ისევ საშინელი აღმოჩნდა. ძლივს შევჭამე. აშკარად ინგრედიენტები არ ვარგა ან გემო ცუდია. ფუდკორტზე მსგავსი სამარცხვინო ბურგერი არ უნდა იყოს წარმოდგენილი. იმდენად ცუდი იყო, რომ მეორედ ვწერ, რათა სხვებმა თავი აარიდონ. ვწუხვარ, მაგრამ ასეა. სტაფი ძალიან საყვარელია. ❤️

The service here is the worst in Tbilisi. I strongly advise against going. Especially avoid the red-haired woman.

It took over 20 minutes to make the shawarma, and they didn't even cook the chicken thoroughly.

The service at the food court was very unfriendly. The cashier's attitude completely spoiled the experience.

The burgers I got were terrible, with raw and undercooked meat. The service was bad too; we didn't receive our entire order initially, and the waiter was hard to communicate with. I don't suggest going there!

I stopped by on Sunday, October 5th at 8:00 PM. Ordered two burgers and a Coke Zero. The lady at the counter handed me a vibrating device for the table.

After some time, I saw two burgers ready on the counter, but no one was picking them up. The girl was busy chatting nearby. I went to check if they were mine since the alert didn't go off. She confirmed they were mine and brought them over, acting like they were just made, without any apologies.

She gave me two regular Cokes instead of the Coke Zeros I asked for. When I mentioned it, she switched them but seemed irritated. I also had to ask her to remove the bottle caps, and she looked annoyed again.

To the owner: the service is terrible, and this employee really needs basic training in politeness.

The burgers were great though.

Edit: visited again, ordered 2 burgers, only got one... Disaster.

I really didn't like it. We wanted to try the truffle burger listed on the app, but it wasn't available at the restaurant. I ended up ordering the barbecue burger, which was undercooked. When I returned it, they said it was rare and that's their standard unless specified otherwise. I've been eating there for two years and was never asked how I wanted it cooked before. After explaining a lot, they made me another burger, but it was much smaller and missing bacon. Not worth 37 lari for this kind of burger.

The absolute worst service in any food and beverage spot in the city.

The order was messed up, and they blamed me for it. They didn’t offer a refund or any solution. We spent 20 minutes talking to the staff and the cook, but nothing was done. The cashier refused to let us speak to the manager and seemed to explain the situation in her own favor. 🤷🏻‍♀️
