TBC Bank branch on st. Vasadze 7

Отправила документы, заплатила 50 лари за открытие счета. Сказали, что позвонят. Прошло две недели — тишина. Вроде живем в 21 веке, а тут, как будто, послания голубями шлют.

I applied to open a bank account, and they told me it would take around five working days. Despite submitting all the required documents on time, it's been more than 10 working days now, and there's still no update. Whenever I call customer service, they claim my case is with the relevant team, but no one follows up. The lack of transparency and accountability is frustrating, and the service in the branch was just as bad. Some of the staff seemed uninterested in helping, making the experience even worse. This has been the most frustrating banking experience I've ever had, and I wouldn't recommend this branch to anyone seeking efficient service.

На банкомате в Глдани попытался снять 400 лари, но деньги не вышли, а сумма списалась с моего счёта. На следующий день пошёл в отделение. Управляющая не захотела давать свою визитку, сказала, что её имя — «секрет». Пусть будет «Боягузка». Объяснила, что у банка нет доступа к своим же банкоматам для проверки транзакций. Она предложила мне написать «официальное письмо» на пустом листе, чтобы якобы отправить его в другое отделение. Это уже не первый случай с этим банком. Будьте осторожны — этот филиал некомпетентный и неэтичный. Если кто-то из банка читает это и не согласен, свяжитесь со мной через «Боягузку».

This is by far the worst branch I've ever visited. The lines never seem to move, and the service is terrible. There isn't even a place to sit. You're left standing awkwardly in the middle of the bank.
