      Today at the end of the day I visited a TBC branch with a request to open an account for an individual entrepreneur. They accepted my application, informing me that the actual opening of the account would occur the next day, and the current application was only intended to make changes to my personal data. However, in practice it turned out that this statement led to the instant blocking of my personal account card, and this happened right at the branch. I received a notification via SMS that I needed to contact the department to unblock it. The bank employee was unable to unblock the card and warn me about the possible blocking. She smiles and says to wait 20 minutes for the back office to process the application and return the card, while it’s already six in the evening at the branch and it’s closing. An hour passed and, of course, nothing was unlocked.
