Extremely rude staff, they couldn't care less about their customers. Plenty of time for smoking and joking at the entrance, none for attending to visitors. Didn't expect this from BMW representatives.

I expected the service in Georgia to match the professional standards I've experienced with BMW in the UK, but unfortunately, it fell short. The showroom is attractive with many beautiful new cars, and I did enjoy a nice cup of coffee. However, the service department was disappointing. There were delays and confusion in their systems and processes. After paying for service, basic touches like washing the car or checking the windscreen washer fluid and add-blue levels should be standard. There might have been a language issue, but parts weren't ordered, so I decided to purchase them myself from a BMW dealer in the UK. Despite them being genuine BMW parts, the service department refused to install them. I won't be going back or advising others to visit.

Terrible service. Customer support is awful. I booked an appointment for my BMW using the number on their site. Today they tell me I made an appointment for Ford service. I told them over the phone my car is a BMW. I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with them.

I went to this dealership to buy spare parts for my BMW G30. They refused to serve me because of my Russian ID. This racial discrimination was both shocking and painful. Such behavior is unacceptable. I strongly encourage the business to address this practice and create a welcoming environment for all customers.
