Трое из нас останавливались здесь на три ночи, и это было действительно комфортное и приятное пребывание. Расположение просто отличное — всего в пяти минутах от Старого Мейдана, и ко многим достопримечательностям можно дойти пешком. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе. Очень тихое, спокойное и безопасное место для проживания.

Spent 3 nights here. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old City. Inside the hotel, it was peaceful, which allowed for a good rest, even during the Halloween festivities over the weekend. The only issue was that the entrance is on a narrow street, making it a bit tricky for loading or unloading luggage from a taxi. You'll need to walk about 50 meters to find a spot where the taxi can park easily.

Terrible hotel. Booked a room for a day with friends, and we couldn't sleep at all. The odor inside the rooms and throughout the whole place is awful. At night, it got even worse, with the smell becoming unbearable. It feels like the hotel is built over a sewage system or polluted water. Wouldn't recommend it at all. The stench is suffocating.

My experience with this place was terrible. There were no clear directions for finding it. I messaged the service guy, but got no response. Spent an hour looking for it, and it's located above a massage shop in a dark, small street. The sign is tiny, barely noticeable. The service guy, John, was the most unhelpful person I've met. He blamed his phone for not responding to messages and said it's not his problem. He took us to a room that smelled awful, like a sewer. When I asked to change rooms, he said there were no others available. In the middle of our check-in, he left us to handle other guests, saying business is booming. But I saw him asking others to wait to check if rooms were available. On a busy Saturday night in August in Tbilisi, I doubt they’re out of business, but can they survive with service like this? It's a poor reflection on their country's hospitality.

The host here is incredibly helpful, I'm genuinely impressed. They assisted us with absolutely everything: they contacted the car rental staff when they didn't show up, helped us exchange money when staff weren't welcoming, provided early check-in when the room was ready, booked us tables at top-recommended restaurants with great seating, helped us park and reserved a spot, carried our heavy luggage, and even held our bags after checkout until we returned. I had lots of questions, and they patiently answered every single one with useful information. When we offered a tip, they politely declined. Most importantly, the room was in excellent condition—very clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable considering the central location. You can walk to almost all attractions in less than 500 meters. An outstanding hotel experience! 👍👍

Отлично помогли с заселением. Номера хорошие, но было жарковато, и я не смог выключить отопление, хахаха, но это только моя проблема 😂. Уборка на высоте. Восхитительное расположение и всё равно тихо. Единственное, что требует внимания, — это дизайн и атмосфера.

Such a pleasant place to be! The hosts were incredibly kind, always ready to help, and truly considerate. The room was both clean and comfy, and it even had heated floors 😊. The location was excellent, with restaurants, bars, and several tourist spots nearby.

Найти место непросто, лучше заранее созвониться для уточнения. Маленькая уютная квартира, а сам дом изнутри напоминает замок. Самообслуживание стандартное для отелей и хостелов. Приятное место для проживания.

Everything was fantastic, I'm extremely happy. Big thanks to George, such a kind person. The rooms are very clean, the prices are reasonable, and it's quite cozy. I really liked the TV channels. I must add that it's very safe. You can book it without any worries.

Жилье чистое и просторное, удобное расположение. Однако с отоплением проблемы, и из-за рядом расположенного клуба до рассвета шумно.

Расположение отличное, номера чистые. В номере есть мини-кухня с плиткой, также работает интернет. Звукоизоляция не идеальная, но это частая проблема в отелях. Можно заказать трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, даже если прилетаете рано утром.

Забронировали номер на одни сутки. Остались в полном восторге! Прекрасный сервис, очень удобное местоположение в сердце старого Тбилиси. Чистота и уют повсюду. Absolutely enjoyed my stay. The place is peaceful, warm, and up-to-date. George, the owner, is an excellent host. He’s very helpful and responds quickly if you need anything. Best part is, it's just a 2-minute walk to the city, and only 15 minutes to Freedom Square. Highly recommend it.

Останавливались на три ночи в начале февраля. Место замечательное, на тихой улице, всего в двух минутах ходьбы до центра старого города Тбилиси. Все чисто и отлично оборудовано, хозяева внимательны ко всем просьбам. Для соблюдающих шаббат местоположение очень удобное, рядом с синагогой, кошерными ресторанами и центром Хабад. Нам помогли со всеми запросами на шаббат. Организовали трансфер из аэропорта и поездку в горы. Цены, которые с нас взяли, оказались очень разумными. Позаботились обо всем, даже о покупке билетов на шоу. Хозяева свободно говорят на английском, грузинском и русском языках.

Прекрасное расположение и невероятный комфорт, персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый! Единственный минус — сложно справиться с влажностью воздуха в номере, но это типично для старых зданий, даже после ремонта.

Отличные апартаменты. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества. Настоятельно рекомендую. Чистые и уютные номера, все новое, обслуживающий персонал вежливый и ненавязчивый. В номере есть плита и холодильник, поэтому можно готовить самостоятельно. Ранее останавливалась в другом месте, где номер стоил в два раза дороже, но не был лучше. Очень довольна своим выбором.

موقع الإقامة رائع وقريب من وسط تبيليسي القديمة. مدير المكان يتسم بالاحترام والود، ويقدم المساعدة كما يجب. رغم أنه مكون فقط من خمس غرف، إلا أنها جميلة. سعر الغرف مناسب، في اليوم الأول حصلت على غرفة بسرير واحد بـ 150 لاري، وفي اليوم الثاني استأجرت استديو في الطابق العلوي بثلاثة أسرة بـ 200 لاري.
