    I visited this shawarma shop on 20 September at around 9 AM. Unfortunately, instead of simply serving food, the lady working there behaved in an inappropriate and hostile manner.

    When I politely asked if she preferred English or Russian, she replied: “I prefer English, because Russians are occupiers.” Even worse, she made a disturbing hand gesture across her neck, implying violence.

    I came to this shop only to enjoy a meal, not to be subjected to aggressive political statements or offensive behavior. Many tourists here are Russian-speaking and contribute significantly to the business. Staff should show basic respect and hospitality, regardless of politics.

    Such conduct is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue.

    Чистота и приятная атмосфера в этом супермаркете заслуживают особого упоминания. За всё время посещений здесь ни разу не возникло ощущения хаоса или неряшливости. Всегда приятно заходить и делать покупки, ведь порядок на полках и в витринах облегчает поиск нужного. Очень радует стабильный уровень обслуживания, что немаловажно в наше время. Единственное, что бы хотелось улучшить — выбор свежих фруктов в зимний период мог быть немного шире.
