I, acting freely, willingly and in my own interest, give this consent for the processing of my personal data to Maloba Limited, registered No. 2457193, located at 328 Hennessy Road, Hannessy Tower, 11/F, Block E, Hong Kong, Wan Chai (hereinafter also the "Company").

Processing of personal data will be carried out with or without the use of automated means.
- Consent is given to process the following personal data: name, surname, patronymic, date of birth, telephone numbers, e-mail address, cookies, name of employer and other information specified in the form to be filled in.
- This consent is valid for the use of personal data for the following purposes: personalization of personal profile on Madloba portal; providing products in accordance with the User Agreement; ensuring account security; user identification; improving the usability of Madloba portal; improving the quality of services provided using Madloba portal; analysis of attendance and user behavior on Madloba portal; other purposes specified in the User Agreement.
- It is brought to my attention that the Company guarantees processing of my personal data according to the current legislation of Georgia.
- This Consent shall come into force on the date of its submission to the Company and shall remain in force until the purpose of personal data processing is achieved or until the Consent is revoked.
- Consent may be withdrawn by me or my representative by sending an application for withdrawal of Consent to the Operator at the address specified in the preamble of this Consent. If I withdraw my Consent to process personal data, the Operator may continue to process personal data without my consent.
- The Consent is given in the form of an electronic document signed by a simple electronic signature by performing the conclusive actions specified in the relevant form.
- I hereby confirm that I am familiar with the terms of the Privacy Policy and User Agreement on the Company's website.
