Этот тур оказался дороже, чем ожидалось. Каждому из нас пришлось заплатить 800 лари за 5 дней, но в стоимость ничего не включено — ни обеды, ни билеты на вход. Транспорт оставлял желать лучшего: тесные и переполненные микроавтобусы. Гиды, конечно, приятные и много знают, но организация тура не стоит своих денег. Питание слишком позднее — обед нередко только в 3 или 4 часа дня, а ужин аж в 10 вечера. Не рекомендую.

The tour guides are knowledgeable and add a great sense of humor. They never rushed us through the itinerary, which made the tours more relaxed and enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed the 3 trips I took with them. Don’t hesitate, book your tours with them, especially when you're in Kutaisi. :)

I've experienced three different day tours, and the excursion to Prometheus and the canyons was by far the worst. It was poorly organized and lacked consideration for the participants. Definitely not worth the cost. It's better to arrange a trip yourself. On a positive note, the tour guides were competent.

The term "budget" might be misleading, as many additional costs aren't covered. After paying for park entry fees and meals, the total expense can be two to three times more than the tour price. We've had more affordable tours with other companies in Georgia that included lunch and some activities. The guide, Giorgi, deserves recognition for being extremely knowledgeable and kind, and our driver delighted us with recitations of Georgian poetry. However, the company itself could enhance their service by including more in the tour price.

I joined a group tour to Prometheus Cave and Martvili Canyon from Kutaisi as a solo traveler on February 17th. The whole experience was refreshing, intriguing, and enlightening. The combination of breathtaking destinations and a well-conducted tour made the cold weather more bearable. We began at Prometheus Cave, entering at 1 pm, and spent an hour exploring. The cave was stunning with its rock formations, requiring lots of walking, mainly on stairs, so it's best to wear comfortable shoes. Towards the end, a light show combined with music was both fantastic and calming. Our guide, Lasha, was excellent, providing insights into the minerals, formations, historical background, and notable figures linked to the site. It was incredibly informative and sparked a new appreciation for caves in me.

Next, we visited Martvili Canyon, arriving around 3 pm. This part of the tour was more scenic and refreshing. We had options for a boat ride, zip-lining, or a walking tour. Everyone in the group chose the boat ride along with the walking tour. The boat ride through the canyon felt magical, though a bit short. After the ride, we had free time to explore the area, enjoy the waterfalls, and take in the natural beauty. Despite the cold and light rain, it was a relaxing experience, though the canyon might be even more beautiful in a different season.

We had lunch at a nearby restaurant and returned to Kutaisi by 6 pm. The tour was smoothly executed, led by Lasha, who was knowledgeable and friendly. He also shared interesting facts about Georgia that weren't directly related to the tour, which was helpful for tourists. The operator was very responsive, even when I booked the tour last minute the night before. I plan to book with them again when I return to Georgia, to explore more places.

Additionally, on the morning of the trip, I informed them that I would be slightly late due to transportation issues, and the tour guide kindly assured me they would wait with the driver. I'm really grateful for their flexibility and accommodating nature.

For those exploring Georgia on a budget, this agency is a gem. During our first trip, they suggested fantastic places to visit, making the experience enjoyable and seamless. Our guides, Yosef and Toko, were outstanding. On our second day, we faced a flight issue, but Toko ensured we returned to our hotel by 7 pm instead of the planned 10 pm, allowing us to fully enjoy the day.

I rarely use this type of service, but I didn't regret my decision for a moment. The company organized a tour for me even though I was the only participant, so I ended up with a private guide and car. The tour cost 110 GEL, about the same as renting a car for a day, so it turned out to be a good deal. We visited the Prometheus Cave. On the way, the guide shared many interesting facts, and since he's a local, the conversation was very engaging. Due to the weather, the next stop, which was a canyon over a precipice, was closed, so we replaced it with Tetra Cave. Despite my initial reluctance, it turned out to be a unique place as well. The last stop was the Martvili Canyon, which impressed me the most! The guide was understanding and didn't rush me (we finished the tour 4 hours ahead of schedule simply because there were no other tourists, so attractions moved faster, even waiting in line for the toilet). The only downside was that we couldn't share a meal, and I was looking forward to that experience, hoping to learn about local dishes. If someone is considering a tour with an operator and doesn’t know which one to choose, this is an excellent option!

Saba is friendly, but overall, my experiences with this agency have been disappointing and do not align with Western standards. The most irritating experience was with our transfer from Kutaisi to Tbilisi. The departure time was fixed at 7 AM, and when I requested a later schedule, I received a firm "No." We were supposed to be picked up at 6:40 AM from the hotel. We waited on the dark street without internet, and nothing happened. Eventually, we got a message saying the driver was in the lobby and ready to leave, despite the hotel having no lobby. The driver showed up in a rush about an hour later than planned. It's frustrating to have to pay upfront for the transfer as I could have opted for a more convenient and cheaper option with Bolt. Additionally, after payment, we were informed that the transfer was not directly to the hotel; this should have been communicated earlier.

Our transfer from Gudauri to Kutaisi was equally disappointing. It was delayed by 45 minutes because a passenger went paragliding; this information should be communicated more clearly. There was another hour-long delay as we waited for a car for passengers headed to Tbilisi, even though we wanted to skip Tbilisi to avoid traffic. There was no mention that the transfer involved a connection.

Lastly, the canyon trip was underwhelming. We spent a long time getting there only to have a very short visit. It would have been helpful to know beforehand if winter boat trips weren’t possible. Why go there if trips aren't available? Here's a picture of puppies to end on a positive note.

Гид учит нескольким грузинским словам и рассказывает об истории страны, а также о местах, которые мы посещали. Плюс, они отлично фотографируют! Мы забронировали тур по Пещере Прометея и каньонам Мартивили из Батуми, и, хотя тур групповый, для нас двоих организовали отдельное такси до Кутаиси. Наш автобус был очень комфортным и чистым. Команда поддерживает любые пожелания, например, мы смогли остаться в Кутаиси после окончания тура. Компания очень профессиональная и пунктуальная.

Byliśmy na wycieczce do jaskini Prometeusza i wąwozu Martvili z przewodnikiem Giorgim, było niesamowicie. Opowiadał bardzo interesująco i ma ogromną wiedzę, a dodatkowo jest bardzo zabawnym człowiekiem.

Искал приключения в Грузии и нашел их с отличной компанией. Два дня, наполненные историей и природой: пещеры Вардзии, замок Рабати, минеральные источники Боржоми. А гид Лаша — просто класс: знает всё и рассказывает интересно. Водители тоже на высоте, чувствовал себя в безопасности. Всем советую!
