Asian cuisine at the restaurant "Umai"

The food was absolutely amazing, definitely an 11/10. It's the best Asian cuisine I've ever had. My only concern was that the waitress seemed uninterested in her job, so the service wasn't as great as it could have been. Nonetheless, I still highly recommend it!

When we were there, the place was empty. They were out of many items on the menu, including rolls and drinks. The set we ordered was advertised as being for 3-4 people, but it was actually very small and overpriced. The maki rolls were tiny, about the thickness of a finger. The rice was undercooked and portioned so sparingly it was about the size of a single grain. We got hot rolls, and one of them had been torched on top, which made it taste and smell unpleasantly like burnt chicken. The only decent roll had mozzarella. Overall, it's a very disappointing place. I definitely don't recommend it. They also add a 12% service charge.

Visited with family and friends to enjoy sushi, and it was absolutely delicious! Couldn't stop eating, so no pictures were taken. The staff was also very friendly. Thank you and best wishes!

I visited twice, and both times were disappointing. The staff frequently replied with phrases like "we're out of that", "no more rice", or "it's too late to make sushi". In the end, I had no choice but to leave and order elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed Atria and rice with chicken and vegetables. The taste was excellent. The only downside was the small amount of meat. However, the chicken and vegetables that were served were delicious. The prices were affordable. Overall, it's one of the better spots for dining in Kutaisi.

Еда, честно говоря, не порадовала – суши на вкус странные, а напиток принесли только тогда, когда еда уже была на столе. В следующий раз подумаю дважды, прежде чем вернуться.

Хамство от персонала совершенно не ожидалось в таком месте. А жаль, потенциал ведь есть.

Кажется, что был какой-то сбой в матрице. В одном месте заказал "островок Японии", а получил огнедышащего дракона. Острая Атрия вынесла слёзы на глаза, но это хоть эмоции. Вот нежная роллка Филадельфия – совсем другое. Сыр тает не во рту, а в руках, лосось – будто из параллельной вселенной. Не скажу, что разочарован, но огорчение точно есть.

Катастрофа на кухне. Заказал доставку суши и лапши - не делал бы этого, знай, что получу. Без соуса суши похожи на засохшие кирпичики. Лапша будто приготовлена без души и, что важнее, без соуса. Терьяки? Даже отдалённо не пахнет. Очень жаль потраченных денег и времени, этот заказ - сплошное разочарование.

Если хочется вкуснейших креветок в темпуре — это место как раз то, что нужно. Правда, за рамэном придётся ждать, но его подача и вкус компенсируют ожидание. Обслуживание в порядке, а цены соответствуют качеству. Одно пожелание: немного ускорить подачу горячего.

Теплый вечер в Кутаиси и невероятные ароматы в воздухе. Еда доставила реальную радость: вся кухня на высоте, кроме одного мелкого недоразумения с роллом. Но даже это маленькое упущение не испортило общий позитив. Служба включила быстрый темп и шквал вежливости, и я чувствовал себя желанным гостем. Кажется, нашел идеальное место, где можно забыть о повседневных заботах. Очень рекомендую, если цените атмосферу уюта и пару ложек гастрономического удовольствия.

Американский ролл — это просто находка! Сочетание свежайших ингредиентов и умелой работы поваров творит настоящие чудеса. Обслуживание выше всяких похвал, каждый раз чувствуешь себя как дома. Атмосфера уютная и располагающая, хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

Немного разочарован посещением. Ждали больше часа, а когда принесли, роллы были разного размера и разваливались. Заказанные роллы не соответствовали ожиданиям — рыбы мало, рис бесвкусный. Даже напиток путали и несли слишком долго. Суровый замороженный десерт едва ли Верил в свои ощущения, было как-то нелепо и неприятно. Совсем не то, чего ждешь от суши-места.

როგორც აზიური სამზარეულოს მოყვარული, ეს რესტორანი სასიამოვნო აღმოჩნდა. კერძები აუთენტური და გემრიელია, განსაკუთრებით გამოირჩევა სუში და პად ტაი. მომსახურე პერსონალი ძალიან თავაზიანი და ყურადღებიანი. ინტერიერი მყუდრო და სასიამოვნო, რაც ქმნის განწყობას კარგად გაატაროთ დრო. აქ ნამდვილად ღირს დაბრუნება.

The umai roll was slightly overcooked, but everything else was delightful. Overall, it was a pleasing experience.

Был приятно удивлён атмосферой этого места! Азиатская кухня здесь превосходна, давно не попадал на такую вкусную и аутентичную готовку. Полюбилось и обслуживание - вежливые и быстрые официанты. Мой ужин стал настоящим кулинарным праздником, который надолго запомнился. Здесь однозначно стоит побывать, если любишь яркие вкусовые открытия.

The food was decent, albeit slightly overpriced for the quality provided. The sushi, for instance, had an unusual taste. What bothered me the most was the staff watching videos on their phone during my visit. As I was the only guest and there was no music playing, it was quite distracting. Additionally, my drink arrived only when the meal was ready. The ambiance was stylish.

The sushi here never drops in quality, always top-notch. The tempura shrimps are absolutely to crave for! While ramen might take a little time, it is definitely worth the wait. Tasty food at fair prices!

The food was outstanding. However, the waitress was impolite, unfriendly, and arrogant, which ruined the dining experience. Her role is to serve customers and create a welcoming atmosphere for an enjoyable meal. When we requested to open a water bottle, she refused, claiming it wasn't her responsibility. We asked for hot water, and she flatly said no, without even apologizing or explaining that it wasn't available. The service industry should focus on customer satisfaction, don't you think?

I used their delivery service, and the sushi was mediocre. It arrived without any soy sauce, making it dry when we ate it. The noodles were awful—there was no sauce at all, not even a hint of teriyaki flavor. I'm extremely disappointed and would never order from here again.

The sushi here is incredibly flavorful! I highly suggest trying the American roll. The staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is fantastic too.

Стоимость не оправдывает качество. В меню не нашлось даже простого чая. Ожидание длилось более часа. Заказали два сета. Каждый кусок роллов разного размера и все распадались. Рыбы было мало, рис не имел вкуса. Запечённый ролл в сете подали сырым и без шапки, а в другом сете забыли добавить чуку и просто принесли её отдельно. Напитки (колу в банке) тоже несли час и перепутали при подаче. Заказали моти вместе с сетами, но его принесли только после двух напоминаний, причём в замороженном виде. Сказали, что его невозможно есть. Только достали из морозилки, а времени ждать пока оттает не было. На наши замечания официант пригласил повара, который заявил, что так и должно быть. Долгое обслуживание, невкусно, и сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Не советую.
