  • Description

In the center of Kutaisi, on the wall of an old building, the artist Dante created a touching and thoughtful mural called *Miss You*. This piece, performed as part of the NIKO festival, radiates melancholy and peace. Two figures, a man and a woman, sit with their backs to the viewer, fixing their gaze on the expanse of a green field with an orange sky. It seems that they are together and at the same time far from each other - perhaps physically close, but emotionally distant, which causes a feeling of longing in the viewer.

Every detail of the work speaks of simplicity and sincerity: the woman in a striped T-shirt and the man in more neutral colors look as if they were caught in a moment of reflection or memory. The space they observe symbolizes a kind of utopia - a quiet, green place where there is no fuss, but there is a feeling of emptiness. Perhaps this message is about how we miss past moments or people while being here and now.

The mural not only decorates the street, but also invites passers-by to think about the importance of close connections and how easily we can lose them in the bustle of everyday life.
