The mural called "Feather" by the artist INO was created in 2020 as part of the KIU Mural Fest project. It adorns the end of the student dormitory building on the territory of Kutaisi International University.
The mural depicts a black feather, as if flying vertically, piercing the white space. The feeling of lightness and movement is emphasized by a thin blue circle that frames the place where the pen touches the surface. The whole composition creates the effect as if the feather thinly touches the ground, as if floating in the air.
INO uses minimalist shapes and color contrasts to add depth and symbolism to the image. The feather can be associated with thought, inspiration or freedom - important elements of student life and scientific pursuits.
