Placed an order via Glovo and it was a disaster. The order was incorrect and shaurma arrived cold. I requested pork but received chicken instead. Reached out to Glovo, who then contacted the restaurant, but they denied a refund. It felt like they just gave me leftover shaurma. There was also an additional ingredient I did not ask for.

Even if we order in advance, they delay serving us and prioritize locals. This behavior felt discriminatory, giving locals preference over others, which is very unfair. Total disappointment. 👎
