I visited this place for the second time, and everything was just as excellent as I remembered. Leo and his family are incredibly welcoming, and the accommodations are both comfortable and spotless. They can also arrange airport transfers and sightseeing tours. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

I don't understand the high ratings. For 50 lari, I got a small, dark room with an outdoor shower and toilet. In Georgia, I usually get much better rooms for this price. I've had full apartments with a TV, strong wifi, shower, toilet, and kitchen all included for the same price. Even in Batumi resorts, hotel rooms are cheaper. The kitchen use is convenient, and it's close to the city, but there are many other places that offer the same proximity.

It was amazing, I highly recommend everyone give it a try! The 10 lessons cost less than $40 (almost pennies), which is really affordable for international students. The instructor is great at explaining the material and the learning is friendly. Plus, the institution has a good air conditioning system, so even on a hot day you can study comfortably. Sometimes some equipment breaks down, but the staff solves this problem promptly.

The host was excellent, and the cleanliness of the rooms exceeded expectations. We booked a tour, and they took us to the most amazing spots. The price was very reasonable. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing; we could hear our neighbors, and they could hear us. Despite this, it’s a fantastic option for those on a budget.

Leo and his father were amazing hosts during our stay. Leo speaks excellent English, which made communication easy. The place is peaceful with spacious rooms. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with everything you might need.
