Restaurant "Egris"

This place is a joke. Serving plain cheap vodka as a “cocktail” is just offensive. There’s no balance or flavor — just tastes like regret and the cheapest bottle they could find. I complained immediately, expecting at least a response — maybe a fix, a replacement, or a bit of basic decency? Nope. They did absolutely nothing. No apology, no effort, no discount. Just shrugged it off like it was normal. If they treat their customers like this, I can only imagine how they handle their drinks. Save your money, your taste buds, and your patience; go literally anywhere else.

A must-visit for those in search of halal cuisine. The flavors are so delightful, it's like tasting a meal prepared by Mom. The drinks are top-notch too.

The food here is delicious and you don't have to be a food expert to notice it. The only downside is that the waiter seems quite young and can be hard to understand. Overall, my team enjoys dining here.

Smaczne zupy krem z brokułów i dyni, dobrze przygotowane ziemniaki, przyjemna atmosfera z muzyką. Nie ma tłumów, więc nie trzeba długo czekać. W menu są też dostępne dania kuchni gruzińskiej.

Unfortunately, the visit to this place was quite disappointing. We ordered kharcho soup, but instead received a bland broth that didn't resemble real kharcho at all. Worse yet, the pork shashlik was unappetizing, had an unpleasant smell, and seemed completely not fresh. The only good impressions were left by the fresh salads and potatoes. Sadly, the overall experience was very poor. We do not plan to return and do not recommend it to others.

An amazing place with excellent authentic food and incredibly friendly service. You can savor your meal on the terrace in the sun. Definitely a must-visit in Kutaisi! Highly recommend trying their homemade wine, it’s superb!

They attempted to create an upscale experience without any expertise. There's only one restroom, located outside and it's cold. Only one person handles the kitchen, so it takes a long time for food to be served. Some dishes arrived on damaged plates. The staff lacks knowledge about the menu offerings. Dishes were served raw, including pork.

On Monday, we visited for lunch and found ourselves as the only customers. Our goal was to try the Shkmeruli, so we ordered that, along with a lunch set and drinks. While waiting, the staff offered us some Chacha, a strong drink that we couldn't finish in one go. The staff was attentive, and we enjoyed the food, particularly the Shkmeruli we had been looking forward to, which did not disappoint. Despite not being able to finish all the food due to the large portions, everything was delicious, and the staff was friendly, making it a nice place to visit.
