Arrived at 7:30 PM with a reservation for an outdoor table. No information about an event happening, and our table was unavailable despite confirming it in person. Ended up sitting inside. Ordered a lemonade (it was bitter and undrinkable), garlic bread (more like a pizza), arabiata (barely acceptable), and veal with potatoes. Ordered the veal at 7:35 PM, but it was served at 8:45 PM. By that time, I had to ask for it to-go. Once back at my hotel (Best Western) just 3 minutes away, discovered the veal was raw and bloody and the potatoes were tasteless. Now dealing with a stomach ache at 9:11 PM the same day, suspecting food poisoning. Edit: Just vomited. My 6-hour drive to Mestia tomorrow is ruined.
You must visit this place! After exploring the city center, we chose this spot because of its vibrant local crowd and inviting atmosphere. The kebab was exceptional, the pizzas were generously sized, and both the wine and local tarragon lemonade were delightful surprises. We enjoyed our dinner immensely. It's a cozy spot with a relaxed vibe, and the garden terrace feels like a hidden treasure in Kutaisi. We will definitely return!

Najgorsze jedzenie, jakie kiedykolwiek jadłem, przesolone chyba trzy razy. Zamiast trzech rodzajów mięsa w zamówieniach podano tylko wieprzowinę. Pomylono zamówienia, zamiast kurczaka podano wieprzowinę. Nie polecam! Mięso oddzielone od ziemniaków. Jedynie naleśniki dla dzieci przyszły w miarę szybko.
Słonawe i bez smaku! Wszystkie mięsa smakują identycznie. Lepiej omijać to miejsce.

This spot definitely warrants a higher rating because we enjoyed every dish, surpassing our expectations. Although it primarily offers Georgian cuisine, we opted for Tom Yum, Caesar salad, and some European dishes. Everything was of excellent quality, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was commendable as well, with all three waiters we interacted with being very friendly. The terrace was quite warm during the hot day, and unfortunately, the fans weren't operational, but hopefully, they'll be fixed for the summer.
The meal was satisfactory, but the service was truly terrible. It took nearly an hour for our order to be ready, and we waited 10 minutes for salt and pepper. To top it off, the waiter forgot when we asked for the bill. The whole experience was frustratingly slow and disappointing.

We stopped by for drinks, so I can't comment on the food, but the friendly staff, charming atmosphere, and beautiful garden make it a place worth visiting. The wall of love nearby adds to its charm, making it a delightful spot to spend time.

Nous avons adoré les plats géorgiens traditionnels, comme les haricots en pot avec des cornichons, le kebab et l'ajapsandali. Le lieu est un véritable oasis au milieu de Koutaissi, et le vin Tamada était excellent. Les plats ont été servis à des moments différents, mais cela n'a pas gâché l'expérience. As I was leaving the bathroom, two staff members mocked me, which I found extremely disrespectful. This behavior is unprofessional and entirely unsuitable for a restaurant setting. It also seems to have racial implications, which is very troubling. I hope this issue will be taken seriously and won't occur again.

Бар - ресторан "Папаверо" в Кутаиси интересно расположен напротив гимназии,где учились многие знаменитости и поэт Маяковский. Наверняка они обедали в этом заведении. Чувствуешь причастность к их времени Нам все очень понравилось! В общем, это место оставило у меня только положительные эмоции, и я с удовольствием рекомендую его всем любителям вкусной еды и приятной атмосферы!

Посетил Папаверу дважды. В первый день прилета случайно заглянул туда с женой, а в последний день перед вылетом специально посетили снова. Лучшего шашлыка за всё время пребывания в Грузии я не пробовал. Соотношение цены и качества просто идеальное - 10/10. Порции большие, мясо мягкое, сочное, без лишнего жира. Во второй раз заказали пасту, которая была очень вкусной, а порции оказались не маленькими. Рекомендую посетить!
The acharuli khachapuri was a complete disappointment - the cheese was beyond terrible, we couldn't even finish it. Needless to say, I won't be returning to that place for a meal in the future.

Would highly recommend the veggies, the bean soup is fresh but pretty spicy, lots and lots of mushroom dishes on offer (mushroom with potatoes are a solid choice), stuffed aubergine (without cream for vegans), and of course, lobiani...a small caraf of chacha (vodka) and some more lobiani.

Что касается меня, впервые я увидела и попробовала шашлык из рыбы эсколар - масляной рыбы. Готовка превзошла все ожидания, и этот блюдо заслуживает высших похвал.
Особое внимание следует уделить и порциям овощей на гриле, которых было настолько много, что они спокойно сытят не только одного, но и двоих. Это явно плюс для любителей овощных радостей и тех, кто стремится к питательному и сбалансированному питанию.

Мы посетили ресторан в пятницу вечером и заметили, что почти все столики были заняты местными гостями. Нам пришлось немного подождать, чтобы получить наш заказ - теплый салат из баклажанов и имеретинский хачапури, но это мелочи, ведь в итоге оказалось, что это ожидание стоило того, так как еда была довольно вкусной! Особенно понравился компот из кизила.
