Dönüşte arabayı hızla teslim ettik. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. İletişim ve hizmet iyiydi, ancak aracın bakımdan geçmesi gerekiyordu. Biraz hantal ve hızlanmada sorun vardı. Teşekkür ederiz.

Добрый день. Рекомендую данную компанию по аренде авто всем путешественникам. На наше пятидневное путешествие по Грузии мы арендовали пять внедорожников, и не возникло никаких проблем с машинами. Особенно хочу отметить отличный контакт с прокатом через WhatsApp. В Грузии для поездок советую брать внедорожные авто, так как дороги здесь отличаются от европейских стандартов. В стране много патрулей полиции, что заметно. При проверке документов я получил штраф, так как у моего польского водительского удостоверения не было перевода на английский язык. Пришлось сделать перевод на грузинский, что стоило 12 лари, но заняло время. Список присяжных переводчиков есть на сайте нашего посольства. Чтобы избежать таких ситуаций, лучше заранее получить международный документ, подтверждающий водительские права. Машины забирали и возвращали на парковке аэропорта, что было очень удобно. В итоге, я крайне рекомендую эту прокатную компанию за хорошие цены и отличный сервис.

При бронировании авто в Кутаиси ожидала большего. Машина была чистая, но мне показалось, что в ней не хватало ухода. Комплектация тоже не самое лучшее — не могли подключиться к навигатору через Bluetooth. Ещё и с возвратом авто возникло небольшое недопонимание, потеряла немного времени. Однако нельзя не отметить доброжелательность сотрудников. Есть над чем работать, но уверена, что есть и потенциал для улучшений.

Слышь, ребят, избегайте этот прокат как огня. Взял машину у них, так началось всё с первого вечера: дворники – полное г... В итоге сам менял. Кондиционер – это и не кондиционер вовсе, а издевательство. 30 градусов на улице, а ты в мобильной сауне. Ключ! Пытаешься открыть – сигнализация кричит как резанная, пока двигатель не заведёшь. И это на две недели, представляете?

Самый страшный момент – тормоза. Едешь по горным дорогам, а тут предупреждение о тормозной жидкости. Думаете, в сервис дозвонившись, проблему решили? Ага, как же. Колодки стерты до дыр, механик в шоке. Это просто позорище. И это ещё не всё – машина внутри грязная и воняет. С технической частью полный бедлам. Плюс потерянное время на встречу с их сотрудником для мелких исправлений.

Единственный плюс – можно разговаривать на английском. Но в этом аду это слабое утешение. Больше никогда. Остерегайтесь и держитесь подальше от этой фирмы.
