When you expect quality, clients should not be leaving with unfinished nails and uneven surfaces. Additionally, if you place a client with a trainee or a newly hired, inexperienced specialist, the client should at least be informed about it, and the pricing should reflect this situation. This is extremely disappointing! I will never return! I've wasted my money and now need to redo my nails.

I did not like it at all. The stylist should inform about the expected outcome and not proceed if they believe it will turn out badly. I had a brow lamination done and it was awful. She blamed it on my brows, but it was my first time and she should have warned me beforehand. It had to be removed because it looked terrible, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, they were very unpleasant. The only positive aspect was that I did not have to pay, but that’s obvious given the horrible result and service. I do not recommend it.
