Не часто встретишь место, где чувствуешь себя как дома. Кровать — просто рай после долгих дней активного отдыха и поездок. Уже с первого визита стала часто возвращаться сюда ради этого невероятного комфорта. Рекомендую каждому, кто ценит настоящий отдых и уют!

Слишком крутая лестница портит всё впечатление. Ещё и с утра ноги болели после вчерашнего подъёма. Местных приветливость и чистота места компенсируют, но лестница – это реальная проблема. Хотя вино и фрукты за это большое спасибо.

Волшебная ночь в центре Кутаиси оставила меня в восторге. Уют, дружелюбие и тепло этого места сделали мой короткий визит незабываемым. Хозяин был настолько внимательным, что даже в плохую погоду отвез меня в аэропорт. Исключительный сервис и атмосфера в сердце города — пока хмурое утреннее небо только начинало пробуждение, улыбка на моем лице уже сияла. Рекомендую всем, кто ищет что-то особенное.

Отель с неожиданными сюрпризами, и не самыми приятными. Когда бронировала номер, ожидала спокойного отдыха, но все пошло не по плану. У меня отменили бронирование буквально накануне приезда, что вызвало лишние стресс и потери времени на поиски альтернативы. Персонал был совершенно не готов помочь в такой ситуации. Красивый городок, но из-за этого инцидента впечатление было сильно испорчено.

Квартира в отличном состоянии, чистота и уют на высоте. Особенно понравилось вино владельца — оно идеально дополняет вечер после насыщенного дня. Но иногда бывает шумно из-за соседей. Обслуживание на высоком уровне, персонал говорит уверенно по-английски и всегда готов помочь. В целом, приятное место для отдыха с небольшими поправками.

На крыше этого места есть терраса, где легко забыть обо всем на свете. Вечерами, под глоток вина, любуешься закатом и понимаешь, что это стоило каждой копейки. Приветливый персонал делает отдых почти домашним. Всё бы хорошо, но в номерах не хватает уютной атмосферы, пусть они и достаточно удобны. Учитывая неплохую цену, в следующий раз выберу снова.

В этом месте чувствуешь себя как дома. Номера со всеми удобствами и всегда чисто. Быстрая регистрация заезда и выезда — настоящая находка. Рядом классный ресторан с живой музыкой, где можно вкусно поесть и хорошо провести вечер.

Лучшая деталь утреннего солнца - встретить его здесь. Гостеприимство хозяев сразу превращает Вас в часть семьи. Вид с балкона - как на картинке. А удобства поражают: когда спустя день в сырости гор, сразу можно освежиться и привести себя в порядок комфортными принадлежностями. Место, куда хочется возвращаться снова и снова.

Невероятный уют, чистота и гостеприимство – вот что приходит на ум после посещения этого места. Сразу чувствуется, что хозяева стараются подарить максимум комфорта и внимания своим гостям. Встречают с вином, что создаёт особое настроение. Номера свежие и аккуратные, удобно, что есть доступ к кухне и стиральной машине. Безусловно, сюда ещё вернусь.

Всё было хорошо до тех пор, пока не пришлось таскать чемоданы по этим адским лестницам. И хотя комната чистая и кухонка удобная, к этому подъемнику из каменного века просто невозможно привыкнуть. Если твоя жизнь – сплошной фитнес, рискни. Но тем, кто хоть раз делал это с большими сумками, как я, советую задуматься дважды.

Great spot for a group stay of around ten people. Rooms come equipped with a bathroom and air conditioning. The staff is just what you need, always ready to help. Check-in and check-out are seamless. There's a car wash nearby, which is convenient for those renting cars. Right next door is a fantastic eatery with excellent cuisine and live music. Highly recommended!

Saba's place is spacious, extremely tidy, and well-located. The only minor inconvenience is the steep stairs you need to climb to enter the house. It wasn't an issue for us, but those with mobility concerns should be aware. The hosts are wonderful people; they welcomed us with a bottle of wine and some fruits, assisted with laundry, and checked if we needed any cleaning or extra towels. Definitely recommended.

They were always ready to help with tips about the area or answer any questions. The rooms exceeded my expectations, blending elegance with comfort. They were beautifully designed and thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel features a stunning balcony with amazing views, and the added convenience of a kitchen and washing machine made the stay even better. Located in a lively part of the city, everything was easily accessible. I felt truly immersed in the local culture. Fantastic service at an affordable price! Our personal guide assisted us with parking and gave us a tour of the area. Each evening, we were treated to fruit and wine, making us feel truly cared for. The rooms are lovely, with excellent bathrooms (a rarity compared to typical Georgian ones that often miss shower curtains), comfortable beds, and air conditioning. The rooftop terrace is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Fantastyczne miejsce, bardzo czysto, wszystkie urządzenia są nowoczesne. Internet i klimatyzacja działają bez problemów. Wszystko dostępne w zasięgu spaceru. Wieczorem można korzystać z tarasu. Właściciel jest bardzo pomocny, można na niego zawsze liczyć. Organizuje także wspaniałe wycieczki, które są dużo tańsze niż u konkurencji, a oferują dwa razy więcej atrakcji.

Walking distance to the Green Market, fountain, excellent restaurants, cafes, and the white bridge. The room includes a kitchen, water kettle, and fridge for convenience. The host is welcoming and knowledgeable, offering local insights and travel tips.

Communication with the owners was seamless, and they met me right outside the property. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, featuring a large balcony. It's conveniently located next to a square bustling with cafes, restaurants, and wine bars. The owners went above and beyond, even driving me to the airport and assisting with a speedy check-in.
