The location is superb, blending convenience with tranquility—it's only a 5-minute downhill stroll to the city center and a 10-minute walk back uphill. The peaceful neighborhood guarantees a restful stay. What stood out was the genuine warmth and hospitality of Konstantin and Salomì, who made us feel welcome from the very start. The shared breakfast area added charm and was a wonderful place to begin the day. We spent the first and last days of our two-week trip to Georgia here, and it was an ideal choice. The hosts are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything you need. I booked a room with a terrace, and the view was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotless, and I am definitely planning to return. The only minor inconvenience is the uphill location, making it occasionally difficult to find a taxi on Bolt. However, the host kindly offered to arrange a taxi for me, though I opted for walking, which turned out to be a fantastic experience.

I booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. Unfortunately, my husband's mother passed away, and we couldn't make it. They charged me the full amount with no sympathy or understanding. Extremely disappointing.

Комнату немного грели кондиционером, но было прохладно. Главное разочарование — внезапно озвученная стоимость трансфера, которая оказалась дороже поездки на поезде из Тбилиси. Всегда уточняйте стоимость дополнительных услуг заранее, чтобы избежать неприятных сюрпризов.

The owner is incredibly kind; when our reserved room was unavailable due to technical issues, he booked us a room at a nearby hotel and offered complimentary breakfast at his own place. This cozy and intimate hotel provides a wonderful stay amidst the nature of Kutaisi.

The swimming pool doesn't work as described, and the ventilation system is broken. The view from the window is just the inside of the building. The room is on a lower floor, and the water isn't safe to drink with no water provided. It's hard to reach the entrance, and there's no assistance with luggage. The location is far from the city center and any nearby market. Breakfast is below standard; only the boiled egg is decent, along with some watermelon.

Terrible location and awful customer service. They are only interested in money. The manager is unprofessional and, after telling us to cancel our reservation, refused to process it just to keep the payment.

Приезжали в этом месяце и заранее списались с сотрудниками насчёт трансфера из Риони. Нам не сообщили цену за услугу, что расстроило по итогу. Встреча была очень радушной. Просторный и уютный номер, но в санузле проблемы: после душа вода остаётся на полу, и потом неудобно даже руки помыть. Завтраки в отеле просто отличные, а кровати очень комфортные. Однако в номере было прохладно, пришлось согреваться кондиционером. Когда уже уехали, узнали, что трансфер всё же платный, и сумма оказалась значительно выше, чем ожидали. Рекомендую узнавать стоимость услуг заранее, чтобы не было неприятных сюрпризов.

Przebywałem pięć nocy w tym przytulnym miejscu, gdzie spotkałem bardzo miłych właścicieli. Lokalizacja jest idealna — z dala od zgiełku, ale wciąż blisko centrum Kutaisi. Konstantin chętnie dzielił się opowieściami o historii Gruzji i atrakcjach regionu. Pomógł również w organizacji wycieczek oraz transferu na lotnisko. Mój pokój posiadał zadaszony taras, a dla gości dostępny był także taras na dachu, skąd można podziwiać panoramę miasta i odpocząć w hamaku.

Rooms are tidy and cozy, and the breakfast we tried was delightful. It's a small, family-run establishment, so the service style is more personal than formal. Embrace the opportunity to experience genuine Georgian hospitality, and you might find the host quite remarkable. Although she doesn't speak English, she is always eager to assist in any way she can. Ideal for families, women, or anyone who isn’t focused on drinking. As the place is operated by a lady and located in a residential area, it's best to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and be patient with any communication challenges.

This hotel is highly overrated. It's situated on a hill, making access difficult. The service was terrible. One of our reserved rooms was unavailable, although they did find us a room at a nearby hotel. Breakfast was delayed by 40 minutes, and the owner didn't even apologize. The rooms are extremely basic.

Spent the night with friends from Dubai and had a wonderful time. The rooms are clean, and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking chacha with the owner, who is a nice and very kind man.

The hosts are wonderful, making it a perfect place to spend the night before an early morning flight from the airport. They are very accommodating and can arrange a shuttle service too.

Чудесное расположение с видом на одну из главных достопримечательностей — собор Баграти. Всего в нескольких шагах от центра города. Персонал был превосходным, комнаты отличные, с великолепной ванной, и, конечно, впечатляющий вид с террасы. Я остался доволен выбором.

Ha mostrato una grande disponibilità, adattandosi alle nostre esigenze anticipate per la colazione. La struttura è accogliente, e il centro di Kutaisi è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata. Il letto era comodo e dalla nostra camera si godeva una splendida vista grazie all'ampio balcone. Prima della nostra partenza, Konstantine ci ha regalato una bottiglia di Chacha. La sua gentilezza ci ha commosso profondamente.

The highlight is undoubtedly Kostantine, the owner, who greeted us with exceptional warmth, offering local products and liquors and making us feel at home right away. Our stay exceeded all expectations thanks to Konstantine and his welcoming family. From the start, they created a warm atmosphere filled with enjoyable conversations and laughter. Konstantine made sure we explored the local area thoroughly. Every morning began with a freshly prepared breakfast, setting the perfect tone for the day. The room was spotless, and the hosts were exceptional. Sharing a glass of wine added to the charm of the experience. This truly was a trip to remember. Looking forward to returning soon!

The hotel is adequate. Clean, with good service. The breakfast could be better, especially regarding the coffee, which I think is charged extra. Honestly, we went downstairs, saw it, and chose to have breakfast downtown instead. However, what is unacceptable is the mattress in the room. At least in the room upstairs. It's very bad. I couldn't sleep. All night, the springs were digging into me, and I kept rolling off to one side of the bed. Horrible. The most important part of a hotel is the mattress where you sleep.

Комната тесная, открытый шкаф очень узкий, места хватает только на одну персону, мало вешалок. Площадь небольшая, чемоданы поставить негде. Кровати комфортные, с качественным постельным бельем без синтетики, что было приятно. В номере есть чайник, чай, сахар, посуда. Минибар за отдельную плату. Санузел просторный, но душевая без полок и шторки — вода оказывается на полу, стаканчика для щеток нет. За три дня убирались и меняли полотенца ни разу, мусор не выносили. Завтрак простой: чай, платный кофе, вкусные гренки, масло, хлеб, сыр, колбаса, иногда блины, мед и варенье. Понравилась посуда, красивая и необычная, почти аристократическая. Особенно впечатлили ложки и вилки. В целом, для неприхотливых путешественников без детей сойдет. Для семей с детьми не очень подходит. Отелю есть что улучшить, но историческое здание и местоположение — несомненные плюсы.
