Terrible, do not book or stay here, absolutely the worst experience. It's not a hotel, more like a rundown motel. There's no one at the front desk, actually, they don't even have a reception.

При заселении хозяин помог с чемоданами, но при выезде багаж пришлось нести самостоятельно. Комнаты небольшие, темные и холодные. Вода теплая даже после того, как ее долго сливаешь. Розетки плохо закреплены и могут выпасть из стены. Телевизор не работает из-за отсутствия сигнала. Еда подается холодной. Радует только хороший WiFi и угощение чачей в день заезда.

The room was really nice and spacious! The location is good, though I wish it were closer to the center. The host was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Thanks again for all the assistance! The only improvement needed is with the breakfast.

The stay was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need. Our room was immaculate, roomy, and equipped with all the modern conveniences. The location was ideal—close to key attractions yet peaceful at night. Breakfast was tasty with a wide range of options. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning on my next visit!

Поделюсь опытом пребывания в этом месте. Комната была просторной для эконом-класса, с шкафом, столиком и рабочим местом. В номере был холодильник, работал Wi-Fi, а также из окна открывался замечательный вид. На верхний этаж можно было подняться на лифте, который находился в хорошем состоянии. Приятно порадовала свежесть полотенец и постельного белья. Персонал оказался дружелюбным, одна из сотрудниц говорила по-английски и была доступна в WhatsApp. На завтрак подавали местный алкоголь, что добавляло колорита, и завтрак вообще был включён в стоимость. В течение всего дня в столовой можно было воспользоваться микроволновкой и приготовить чай или кофе. Из положительных моментов стоит отметить удобное расположение, просторную парковку и большой тенистый террас, который, вероятно, пригодится е в летнее время.

С другой стороны, в комнате было прохладно, несмотря на работу кондиционера, радиаторы оставались холодными. Уборка проводилась только раз за все дни, и в комнате оставался некоторый слой пыли. В ванной можно было заметить плесень на плиточных швах и грязный вентилятор. Мебель в ванной комнате тоже была немного потрепана. Завтрак подавался без шведского стола, что создавало разницу в порциях на разных столах. Ассортимент блюд на завтрак казался непривычным, например, большое количество квашеных продуктов или картофеля. Не хватало свежих овощей. В комнате не было чайника и дополнительных обогревательных приборов.

Несмотря на некоторые недостатки, место стоит своих денег и оставляет в целом положительное впечатление.

November 2024, rooms were incredibly cold, felt warmer outside during the first days. The bathroom reeked and was extremely damp. No cleaning service throughout our week-long stay. Found a big bug in the room. Reception was mostly unattended. Nights were noisy with arriving guests complaining about the cold, and a kids' football camp caused constant banging noises. WiFi was available, but the connection in rooms was weak, though checking emails or WhatsApp was manageable. Breakfasts were worse than in a Polish hospital. The buffet area was around 8-9 degrees at first, making butter and jam impossible to spread. Portions were small—just a tomato, cucumber, cheese, and some salad for two adults. Milk was spoiled, and bread was stale. Things improved when more guests arrived, with eggs and sausages appearing. However, the service could arrange a driver to the airport at a reasonable price.

This place should be avoided at all costs. The heaters don't work, so the only warmth comes from the air conditioner. For two people, we were given just one towel. The bathroom smells like sewage, it's freezing, and there's standing water. Our first room didn't even have a window. After switching rooms, it was slightly better but still cold. The rooms are tiny, the sheets are 100% polyester, and the bathroom had hair left from previous guests. The breakfast was so poor that I left hungry. Even the bread and jam were bad, and there was just one block of butter for everyone to share with their own, not-so-clean knives. The surrounding area is also very unappealing.

The room was tidy and spotless, and the host was exceptional. The location was very close to the center of Kutaisi, offering a stunning view.

The contact person was always available on WhatsApp and answered my questions promptly within half a day. The accommodation offers its own parking and is equipped with an elevator. Breakfast can be requested, and I personally found it excellent. There was local vegetable soup, an endless variety of side dishes, and sausages, which I think are enough for breakfast. Additionally, there were pastries and other small items. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The amenities left nothing to be desired; there was a hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, towels, a mini fridge, and a nightstand. Electrical outlets were conveniently close to the bed. The bathroom was spacious. The dining area is in the attic, offering a wonderful view of the mountains with a panoramic breakfast, which I loved. There is also a pool in the attic, but it wasn't in operation as it was the end of the season – it must be amazing in summer. Overall, the value for money was excellent.

Отличное расположение в центре, всё под боком. Подойдёт для туристов без высоких требований. Есть горячая вода, кондиционер, полотенца и удобная кровать. В целом, это не Европа, но персонал очень дружелюбный. Отличный вариант для экономного проживания.

A cozy and pleasant hotel in the heart of Kutaisi, offering good value for money. We paid 500 GEL for three nights for four people. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. However, there was an issue with a smell coming from the bathroom in our room, likely due to some plumbing problem. Continental breakfasts are offered, but nothing special. The standout feature is the fantastic service. I would choose this hotel again on my next trip. Recommend it 👍.

Отель замечательный, чистые номера, а из ресторана открывается потрясающий вид на горы. Но главным достоинством этого места являются люди, которые там работают. Нас встретили с такой заботой и теплотой, что поездка стала особенной. Приехав ночью, для нас организовали трансфер с невероятным водителем Зурой — он провел для нас великолепную экскурсию по всем знаковым местам. Огромное спасибо Нонне за ее вкусные блюда, особенно аджапсандали, и за гостеприимство. Уезжать не хотелось, и после отъезда наш водитель даже позвонил, чтобы узнать, как мы добрались до Батуми. Такое отношение и теплота трудно найти где-либо еще.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the city center. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, very friendly, and spoke excellent English. The rooms were decent, and ours had a nice balcony. Breakfast was a buffet style and served on the top floor, offering lovely views. The only downside was that the swimming pool was out of service. There’s an empty lot next to the hotel where you can park your car without any issues.

Это место стоит каждой минуты проведенного здесь! Тишина, уют и такие удобные парковочные места — настоящая находка. Очень удобные кровати, уснула как младенец сразу же, что нечасто бывает в поездках. Определенно рекомендую для коротких остановок, когда нужно просто выспаться.

Не стоит обманываться красивыми фотографиями: грязный номер, шум с улицы мешает спать, а персонал будто не слышит тебя. Это путешествие запомнится надолго только благодаря ужасному опыту проживания. Никому не рекомендую.

Милый уголок с потрясающим видом. Персонал такой заботливый, будто мы старые друзья. Ideal для неспешного кофе на балконе с книжкой. Хотелось бы ещё вернуться!

На ресепшене меня не смогли заселить из-за каких-то проблем. Отправили в другой отель неподалёку. Разочарована — не тот уют, на который я рассчитывала. Ожидания не оправдались. Будьте готовы к неожиданностям.

Утро в этом отеле началось с вида на храм Баграта, что само по себе неплохо. Но вот лифт застрял — это стало неприятным «приключением». Да и света в номере маловато. Бассейн, ради которого выбрала этот отель, тоже не работал. Зато завтраки приятно удивили своей насыщенностью, и расположение к центру оказалось очень удобным. В общем, впечатления смешанные: есть, где улучшить, но и плюсы тоже есть.

На завтрак изумительно вкусные блюда, как дома. Уютное и тихое место, где чувствуешь себя как на зеленой террасе, наполненной свежим воздухом. Впечатления от проживания в местечке просто отличные и останутся надолго. Цена приятно удивила – качество на высшем уровне. Рекомендую!

Вид на город с высоты завтраков просто завораживает. Тео и персонал — душевные и внимательные, почувствовал их заботу с первых минут. Интересные места в шаговой доступности, что очень удобно для исследователей вроде меня. Однозначно рекомендую!

I had a confirmed booking, but upon arrival, they claimed they had an issue and sent us to a less desirable hotel. The reality was that they were overbooked and couldn't accommodate us despite the reservation. Their solution was simply to suggest canceling the booking during the discussion. Be wary of the misleading photos and ratings, as you might find yourself facing similar problems. They transferred us to Hotel David, and I've noticed other reviewers have had similar complaints.

Впечатлил вид за окном во время завтрака — лучшего старта дня и представить трудно. Залитый утренним солнцем зал создает идеальное настроение. Спасибо Заза за теплый прием и внимательность! Небольшим минусом могу отметить только то, что остался здесь совсем недолго.

Вид с балкона просто завораживает: утреннее солнце, зелёные холмы и шум реки. Персонал приветлив и всегда готов помочь. Я чувствовала себя как дома.

Exceptionally clean room, which is a pleasant surprise in Georgia. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Ani, who has a talent for making guests feel at home. The view is impressive, though the room style is not quite to my taste. Nonetheless, the beds are comfortable with quality mattresses, and there's even a pool. Breakfast is decent, with what seems like homemade jam. The value for money is outstanding. We enjoyed our stay so much that we returned a few days later. Highly recommended!

Катастрофа, а не отель. Комната без окна — настоящее заключение. Влажный воздух, от которого все вещи не просыхают, просто невыносимо. Полотенца всегда мокрые, туалет не смывается. Никакие просьбы поменять комнату не помогли. Искать это место без хорошего мужчины рядом — отдельное испытание. Красоту вокруг я так и не увидела.

I arrived only to find out that they had issues and couldn't provide me with a room. They arranged for me to stay at another place nearby, but it wasn't the best experience.

The place offers stunning views, especially during breakfast time when the backdrop is simply beautiful. We stayed for a few days and found everyone to be incredibly friendly, making our experience very enjoyable. It's conveniently situated near several of Kutaisi's main attractions, only a short walk from the fountain. Many thanks to Teo for the excellent hospitality.

В нем отсутствует шторка, а также нет телевизора, свет в номерах слабый. Но есть и приятные моменты. Завтраки сытные, расположение удобное, все рядом, персонал дружелюбный и всегда в хорошем настроении, не беспокоят лишними вопросами. Вай-фай работает отлично. Утром из окна открывается красивый вид на храм Баграта. Несмотря на это, не нашлось бонуса в виде чачи, как ожидалось. Рекомендую, но с оговорками.

This is a terrible place, and I wouldn't advise anyone to stay there.

Excellent place to stay. The service is top notch - any problems are solved instantly. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. The view of Bagrat's temple is simply amazing. And as a bonus - peach chacha from the owner of the hotel. I will definitely come back here again!

The rooms are quite cramped, leaving no room to open your suitcase. There's also an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom.

Klimatyczne i niedrogie miejsce z pięknymi widokami. Dla gości dostępna jest kuchnia wyposażona w pralkę i suszarkę.

Wspaniali właściciele tworzą niesamowity klimat, a lokalne śniadania są naprawdę bogate. Każdy pokój wyposażony jest w balkon z widokiem na katedrę. Dzieci mogą korzystać z basenu, co jest dodatkowym atutem. Bardzo czysto, a lokalizacja pozwala na łatwy dostęp do fontanny w Kutaissi. Polecamy!

We booked for 8 people, but they informed us there was only space for 6 due to their mistake. They arranged another hotel for us, the Aetes Palace, which turned out to be quite poor and less appealing than this one. That's where we ended up. Moreover, they canceled our reservation as if it was our fault for not showing up. I cannot comment on the hotel itself as I didn't stay there, but due to the booking error and the terrible alternative they provided, I am compelled to leave this note.

Отвратительное обслуживание. Мы даже не начали проживание. Сразу при входе в холл начали получать грубость от женщины по имени Нона на рецепции. Мы не успели ничего сказать, хотя букинг разрешил нам более ранее заселение. Она сразу начала кричать, что свободных номеров нет и почему мы пришли так рано. Позже спустилась другая женщина и старалась говорить спокойнее, но первое впечатление испортило всё желание остаться. За три поездки в Грузию и много отелей, которые я видела — это худший. Мы сразу нашли другой отель поблизости и остались очень довольны.

Niestety pokoje są stare i brudne, a w łazience znalazły się śmieci po poprzednich gościach. Śniadanie było dobre, lokalizacja również na plus. Wieczorem miło było posiedzieć na tarasie.

Zdecydowanie polecam. Obsługa jest znakomita, a śniadanie bardzo smaczne. Blisko do centrum.

I do not recommend staying here. In Kutaisi, you can find much better conditions for this price. There are two buildings with different standards. We stayed in tiny rooms, and one had a broken air conditioner, making it impossible to sleep in the heat. Despite reporting it, nothing was done, but they were happy to take the full payment. For four adults, we received only three towels, and I had to ask for the fourth one for two days (normally, it's two per person elsewhere). Breakfast is supposed to start at 8, but if you're not the first, you'll find no plates or cutlery for the 10 guests in the dining area. By the time they brought them out after 20 minutes, the breakfast items were gone. The staff were very rude, which is unacceptable for those dealing with tourists. Breakfast itself was very average. A hairdryer is a luxury you have to ask for. The bathroom has no place to put your toiletries—just holes in the wall where shelves used to be. There's a pool, but the water is so green you can't see the bottom.

The location is excellent, providing easy access to the main city areas, while also offering a quiet setting with fantastic city views. The hostess and staff are very welcoming. Parking is convenient and adaptable. The hosts are willing to accommodate any request. There are two buildings, and a spacious shared kitchen on the first floor. We work in a large production and have stayed here for extended periods. The bathroom could use some updates, but the price and the honesty of the staff make up for it.

A solid place to stay with exceptionally friendly staff. The standout feature is its prime location. Offers great value for the price.
