Georgian Palace Hotel

I wish I could rate it higher; four years ago it was a great place, and I used to visit annually. Now, I had an unpleasant experience due to the noise from the service room and constant door slamming. Even my room wasn't ready on time. The owners seem inattentive.

Świetna lokalizacja, ale to jedyna zaleta. Brak podstawowego sprzętu w kuchni dostępnej dla gości. Obsługa niechętna do pomocy, a recepcja często była pusta. Jedyną osobą, którą można było zobaczyć uśmiechniętą, była Pani sprzątająca pokoje.

I traveled through Georgia staying in budget accommodations. The price was great, and the place was decent for the cost. There was some noise from animals in the bathroom ceiling. The receptionist said they were pigeons; I think there were also mice or rats. The view of the cathedral and river was amazing. The coffee supply could be more consistent, but I was otherwise satisfied. In the evening, kids played football loudly in the hallway, which is something that happens. On my second visit, I got a different room without animals in the ceiling. The view was different but didn't bother me since I only needed a place to drop my backpack and rest for a few hours before flying. Note for the manager: the mattress was damaged, with metal poking through a hole, which poses a safety risk.

Charging extra money just to give you the room key is unacceptable. I strongly advise all visitors to this wonderful city to steer clear of this place. It's infuriating to see false accusations against those who share honest reviews. I suggest reporting the individuals who write those misleading comments.

The service is poor, and the focus on customer satisfaction is lacking. The staff pays little attention to guests. This is definitely among the top places to avoid, and I do not advise staying there.

Kutaisi is a charming small city in Georgia. The food is excellent, and most of the time the service is satisfactory. The only downside is the litter around the area, which is quite disappointing.

Комнаты в ужасном состоянии, дверные ручки выпадают, подушки и наматрасники в неясных пятнах. Диван в номере с большой кроватью вообще не подходит для сна. Вытяжка в душевой не работает, и там стоит неприятный запах. Чайник сломан, его можно найти только на четвёртом этаже, а чашки грязные. Персонал ведёт себя странно — попросили общаться на английском, якобы не понимают русский, но вскоре сами на него переключились. Чтобы попасть в туалет, нужно полностью открыть дверь, зайти в душевую кабину, затем закрыть дверь и только потом пройти в туалет. Отель тянет на слабую троечку.

The airport transfer is great, and the rooms are reasonable for the price you pay. It's not a luxury hotel, but for the cost, it's a solid choice.

This is a lovely and spotless hotel.

The place is situated in the heart of the city, in a charming area. Initially, the surroundings might not seem impressive, but it’s peaceful at night, and the locals are very friendly. The staff is fluent in English and extremely accommodating. There's a balcony available for smoking, and everything is pleasant. The door lock could be improved, but overall, it’s excellent!

The hotel is awful. There's a busy, noisy street right outside the window, which kept us awake at night. The door is broken and doesn’t shut properly unless locked. There’s a terrible smell coming from the bathroom faucet. Honestly, it was a terrible experience, and I would never return. Additionally, the staff are rude and dishonest in their responses, which I think speaks volumes.

The staff lacks organization and struggles with efficiently directing guests. They move slowly as if they are about to fall asleep, which only makes the queues longer. However, considering the price, it is manageable for a one-night stay.

The service is terrible. The staff is impolite, and the hotel's condition is quite poor and unstable. Everything feels like it's on the verge of falling apart. Not recommended.

Номер был на втором этаже, и подниматься по лестнице с детьми было очень трудно. Мужчина на рецепции помог с багажом при въезде, но при выезде был другой сотрудник, и он отказался помочь с вещами, из-за чего приходилось спускать багаж по лестнице самостоятельно. 'НЕТ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ПЕРЕКУСИТЬ' Приехали поздно вечером, магазины были закрыты, поэтому попросили питьевой воды, но нам сказали, что есть только водопроводная, которая по какой-то причине была закрыта, так что пришлось пить её. Неплохо было бы иметь хотя бы бутылочную воду для гостей. В номере даже не было электрочайника. Положение хорошее, в центре старого города, всё в шаговой доступности и рядом находится дешёвый рынок 'GREEN BAZAAR', где можно купить интересные вещи по низким ценам.

Ночью очень холодно, неудобно, пришлось спать под двумя одеялами. Кондиционер есть, но не справляется с обогревом всего номера. Расположение хорошее, но ожидала большего комфорта за 60 лари.

The advertised room descriptions were misleading. They turned out to be quite small. The wifi barely worked. Strange sounds were coming from the roof. On the bright side, the staff were accommodating.

가격이 저렴해서 만족스러웠습니다. 겨울에는 조금 추울 수 있습니다. 와이파이가 별로고 방음이 약해서 밤에 시끄러울 수 있지만, 비용 대비 괜찮습니다.

Расположение хорошее, рядом со старым городом и рынком. Персонал работает быстро и вежливо, заселили без задержек. Номер в целом понравился, но в ванной обнаружилась проблема — вода в туалете и отсутствуют дверь и шторка в душевой кабине. В остальном, всё устроило.

Oceniam jedynie na podstawie wyglądu budynku, ponieważ już pierwsze wrażenie było nieprzyjemne.

Удивительно тёплый приём. Это место прямо в яблочко! Повышение категории номера бесплатно — редкостная щедрость. Всё грамотно устроено, придраться не к чему. Возвращаться сюда хочется однозначно.

Номера здесь простые, но приятные, а за окном открывается удивительный колорит рыночной улицы. Ночью тихо, что особенно ценно для тех, кто ценит отдых в центре города без шума и суеты. Персонал любезный и всегда готов помочь, создавая ощущение гостеприимства. Искала нечто подобное для нашего небольшого семейного бюджета и не прогадала.

В этом месте есть особая магия. Выхожу на балкон, и сердце замирает от открывающегося вида. Декор восхищает - каждый уголок отеля словно напитан душой Грузии. Конечно, некоторые удобства могли бы быть лучше, но разве это важно, когда вокруг такая красота? Простота и элегантность "Грузинского Дворца" заставляют забыть о мелочах. Приятные эмоции на каждом шагу.

Прекрасное место для остановки в Кутаиси! Просторные и чистые номера, тихо и уютно. Чего бы хотелось добавить — так это электрочайник с кружками в номер, для полного удобства. В остальном — доволен!

Трудно описать, насколько я была впечатлена. Место, где чувствуешь себя в заботливых руках. Каждое утро — это праздник чистоты и спокойствия. Комнаты светлые, аккуратные и по-домашнему уютные. Расположение просто отличное, всё под рукой. Если ищете комфорт и тепло в сердце Грузии — вы нашли его.

Тепло укутывает заботой и гостеприимством, как бабушкино одеяло. Каждый улыбчивый сотрудник будто пропитан солнечным светом, который согревает и нежно радует своим сиянием. Отдых здесь — словно встреча с добрыми старыми друзьями: уютно, спокойно и до боли приятно. Жалеть не о чем, кроме того, что время летит слишком быстро.

Настолько грязный номер, что сложно поверить, что это место вообще убирают. Фантики и бумажки, спрятавшиеся за тумбочками и под кроватью, кажутся почти реликвиями. Душевая без дверцы, смесители облеплены чем-то непонятным. Полотенца напоминают старые половики. Пожалуй, единственным плюсом было то, что до центра города не так далеко. Надеюсь, этим отзывом смогу хоть кого-то уберечь от разочарования.

Приезжая в Кутаиси, всегда останавливаюсь здесь. Главная причина - это скорость реагирования на любые запросы. Нужно дополнительное полотенце или консультация по экскурсиям? Нет проблем, всё будет решено моментально. Единственное, чего не хватает, так это немного больше разнообразия на завтраке. В остальном - комфорт и сервис на высоте. Отдельная благодарность Акакию, который всегда с улыбкой на лице.

После длительных и тщательных сравнений, я выбрал именно это место для своего отдыха. Самое главное для меня — это обслуживание, и здесь я не разочаровался. На любой вопрос или просьбу реагируют мгновенно. Это действительно приятно. Даже при высоких требованиях, которые у меня возникают, весь персонал остается дружелюбным и вежливым. Отличный пример высокого уровня сервиса.

Даже если вы приедете в отель в 5 утра после утомительной дороги, ровно в 12 часов дня вас без предупреждения попросят освободить номер. Вас не уведомят заранее, что выезд строго в 12, независимо от времени заселения. Во всех других отелях, где я был, об этом либо предупреждают, либо допускают более поздний выезд. Не рекомендую это место. Впечатления останутся неприятные.

Соотношение цены и качества отличное.

Останавливайтесь здесь не дольше, чем на одну ночь. Удобное местоположение и вежливый персонал. Номера требуют обновления, слышимость в коридоре высокая.

During my visit to Kutaisi, I found the hotel room to be extremely comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The place is very calm, and the management does a great job. I tried breakfast at the hotel just for one day, and it impressed me with its quality, quantity, and variety. I would love to return on my next trip.

The location is excellent, right in the city center, with restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The service is good, even though the staff has limited English skills, communication is still possible. The price is very reasonable.

The shower lacked any sort of curtain or covering, creating quite an uncomfortable experience. The mattress was outdated and overly springy, with metal springs painfully noticeable against my back. In response to feedback, the owner opted for offensive and dishonest remarks instead of taking responsibility and making improvements.

Horrible experience, we couldn't even stay for one night. The place was filthy, and the person at the reception was a young boy who didn't understand a word of English. Absolutely dreadful. More like a pigsty than anything else.

This hotel offers good value for money, positioned conveniently in the city center with everything within walking distance. They also provide free laundry services. The staff was supportive and attentive.

The entrance located next to a store is quite handy. Convenient parking is available in front. The reception staff speaks English, ensuring easy communication.

For 17€ per night, it's a great deal. However, the lack of soundproofing both inside and outside can make a peaceful night's sleep a matter of luck. With some investment in improvements, it has the potential to become a very good and successful hotel. Free WiFi, gas heating, and air conditioning are available, and the location is very good.

The location is excellent, and the staff at the reception was incredibly kind. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room! Definitely worth the price.

Elegancko wykończony wewnątrz, z dogodną lokalizacją. Brak pewnych udogodnień, ale to przecież nie Monako, tylko Kutaisi, więc oczekiwania trzeba dostosować.
