The view upon entering is fantastic, and you're warmly welcomed by the wonderful Maya and Nino! They helped make our stay so delightful that I suggested my friends stay here too, which they did! The room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom is particularly convenient for Middle Eastern travelers as it features a shattaf. As for the location, it's a short walk from the city center and the park, with amenities like a massage parlor and pharmacy nearby. It's 15km from Prometheus Cave to the northwest, with more caves and churches to the east.

The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room had a view of the river, which was truly stunning. It's definitely worth the cost.

The room is equipped with a bidet, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is amazing, offering a beautiful view of the river. The staff were exceptionally supportive. When we arrived late, around 9 p.m., we inquired about a microwave, and the staff went above and beyond by providing a plate and cutlery, and even heated our food for us. Although the hotel lacks an elevator, the room itself was excellent.

This hotel truly stands out in Kutaisi. The staff are incredibly welcoming, and the setting is ideal. The room was spotless, and I particularly appreciated the water bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was delightful and everything was prepared as I requested. Highly recommend staying here if you're planning a visit to Kutaisi.

We reached our destination at 3am, well past midnight. The 24-hour front desk had a receptionist who kindly waited for us at the entrance. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotless. The best part was the bathroom's bidet shower. Our room offered a beautiful view of the river, bringing a sense of joy and calm. Highly recommend it for a family stay.

Перегородки, конечно, не бетон, и соседский душ может напомнить о себе, но это когда-нибудь закончится, а вот чувство спокойствия остаётся. Идеальное место для тех, кто ценит настоящий уют без лишнего пафоса.

Вид с окна отличный, но звукоизоляция оставляет желать лучшего. Приехав сюда отдохнуть, никак не ожидала услышать ссору соседей через стенку. Местоположение отличное, персонал приветливый, но вот спать хотелось бы в тишине.

Слышите тишину? Это не отдых, это безразличие. Место будто застряло в другом веке: ни интернета, ни приветливого персонала, даже кофейку не предложат. Если хочется посмотреть на реку и забыть о цивилизации, то точно сюда.

Культурный шок настиг меня не в общем уровне сервиса или комфорте, а в мелочах, которые в наше время кажутся базовыми. Администратор категорически отказался позволить нам воспользоваться туалетом. Как это возможно в цивилизованном мире?

Не ожидал такого отношения и ладно, уборка в номере может быть неидеальной, это переживаемо, но такие ограничения просто неприемлемы.

Отель произвел тёплое впечатление: атмосфера дружелюбия и внимание к каждому гостю чувствовались повсеместно. Однако кондиционер явно нуждается в доработке — в жаркий день недостаточно эффективен. В остальном пребывание было приятным, персонал оказался отзывчивым и готовым помочь в любой ситуации.

Пространство, в котором чувствуешь себя как дома. Номер уютный, кровать удобная, а вид из окна просто незабываемый: река, горы и вечерний закат – магия! Но завтрак оставляет желать лучшего — хотелось бы больше разнообразия блюд. В остальном — тихо и спокойно, отличный сервис.

Приятное место для отдыха и расслабления. Антураж спокойный, а заботливый персонал всегда готов помочь. Настолько чисто и уютно, что возвращаться сюда хочется снова и снова. Из минусов только высокая стоимость проживания, но качество обслуживание это компенсирует.

Чувство уюта и заботы окутали нас с порога. Завтрак — просто волшебство вкусов, словно специально готовили для нас. Отдельное спасибо за особое внимание к детям, это всегда оценишь особенно. Хочется вернуться снова и снова.

Каждый раз, вспоминая этот мотель, хочется вздрогнуть. Ночь там превращается в настоящий кошмар: локация пугает, река пахнет канализацией. И даже несмотря на чистоту в номере, кровать настолько ужасна, что моя спина до сих пор напоминает о тех "прекрасных" ночах. Лучше просто не останавливаться здесь, если не хочется запомнить отпуск неприятными болями в спине и страхами.

Это место - настоящий рай для души и тела. Номера с видом на реку - просто бомба! Чистота и уют на высшем уровне, а цена - приятный сюрприз. Особенно рекомендую, если хотите отдохнуть как король, не потратив целое состояние. В следующий раз останавливаюсь тут же, без сомнений.

A wonderful and tidy place with an excellent location right by the river, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. Se non vi dispiace, non c'è un ascensore e la mia camera era al secondo piano. Personalmente a me non ha causato problemi, ma per qualcuno con difficoltà potrebbe essere fastidioso. La terrazza con vista sul fiume è molto bella.

This place was quite a disappointment despite its favorable reviews online. Our breakfast was tainted by finding hair in it — truly unappetizing. The man at the front desk suggested canceling our reservation on Booking to avoid paying their fee, which led to his resentment when we declined. The room lighting was so dim and gloomy that it was hard to see anything. Noise from the reception in the middle of the night disrupted our sleep, and their loud conversations during breakfast were equally disturbing. The vacuum cleaner noise throughout the day added to the inconvenience. Our room lacked basic amenities like a trash bin, tissues, and even a phone to contact the reception, forcing us to go downstairs for every small request.

A decent budget option by the river. Worth the money spent unless you're aiming for a luxury stay. The water pressure in the bathroom is low, and it takes a long time for the water to come out.

The DELUXE room was simple but cozy and spotless, offering a full view of the river from the balcony, where we sipped tea or coffee and watched seagulls on the rocks. Having uninterrupted hot water was a blessing in the cold weather. The only minor issue was the sound of the neighbors' water use, which could be disruptive at night, but it wasn’t a major concern as it didn’t last long. The peaceful atmosphere, enhanced by the river view, made each morning special. At night, closing the balcony door kept the room quiet. There's a piano in the waiting area for those who wish to play. Although breakfast was included, we only tried it twice since we preferred exploring local eateries. The breakfast was basic, but the staff might accommodate special requests. The hotel's location is excellent, with great restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away. It’s a 5-minute walk to the city center and close to a clinic. Overall, a very comfortable, clean, cozy, and secure place to stay.
