Приезжал не раз и скажу точно: это место создано для путешественников. Кухню можно использовать, что помогает сэкономить. Расположение удобное, можно быстро добраться до центра. Нушин всегда подскажет, что посмотреть и куда лучше идти. Единственный минус — иногда нет свободных мест, так что лучше бронировать заранее. В остальном, соотношение цена-качество отличное.

This place is ideally situated in the heart of Kutaisi. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and open-minded. The rooms are spotless and cozy, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience to stay here!

I intended to stay for two nights but ended up extending my visit to a whole week. The prices are very affordable for a budget like mine. The place is cozy with nice natural light and is kept very clean. The highlight, however, is Noshi, who is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Thanks for everything! Definitely worth the stay.

I absolutely love this place and the owner, Nooshin. Can't wait for my 6th visit! It's located in a great spot, which is super convenient. Without a doubt, I'll keep coming back; it's simply the best in Georgia!

Our music band spent 3 nights here and it was fantastic! Despite the chilly weather in Georgia, the place was cozy and warm. Noshi, the owner, was incredibly kind and gave us lots of advice on local attractions. Her excellent English was a huge plus for us! The price was quite reasonable considering the great location, spacious garden, and amenities. We particularly enjoyed breakfast on the balcony with a view of Ruini lake, even though it was at an extra cost. Moreover, it’s very close to the bars and restaurants where we performed. The cleanliness was impressive. We're eager to return when we’re back in Kutaisi.

Отличное расположение и стильный интерьер. Очень чисто, а владелец всегда рядом, чтобы помочь, вежлив и отзывчив. В центре города, в шаговой доступности от торговых центров и баров. Кухня полностью оборудована, а кофе в изобилии и бесплатно. Однозначно рекомендую.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen equipment and overall environment were lacking. If you have other options, choose them instead.
